Bacon and Blue cheese burger with fries. $12.99
Took our son and grandkids here to eat because everyone says it's good, well, we tried. The woman at the counter seemed very aggregated that we wanted to order food. She shrugged and sighed. Not a good first impression. She than begin to tell us they were out of tortillas so they can't make wraps or quesadillas, which we were fine with. As my husband ordered his bacon cheeseburger she informed him that the bacon is 3.75 extra, on top of their already high prices, however since we've heard good things we were fine with it. Then as I ordered Mac n cheese for my grandson she said not only do they not have it but she doesn't even have a button for it anymore. She said it so rude about it. Then when I ordered they didn't have what I wanted and she just seemed like we were a total inconvenience for her, although we were the ones not getting anything we wanted and being treated disrespectfully. She was so hateful that we left and took our family elsewhere for dinner. Sad part is, my granddaughter asked me why the lady was mad at us. Maybe she should find a job where she doesn't have to work with the public if it's such an inconvenience
Was just in there. Staff was SUPER nice an comfortable to talk to. The owner on the other hand is a complete jackass to his employees. The owner yelled at his employees while I was standing there trying to ORDER. Love the place, but I won't go back if it means that I'm giving my money to the asshole of an owner.
Had a great time here, music was awesome too.
This place is amazing! We aren't from the area, but my sister grabbed sandwiches here and recommended we stop. I picked up Black and Blue burgers yesterday and my husband and I are here for Patty Melts.The burgers are HUGE 1/2 pound burgers and cooked while you wait. The fries were perfectly crispy and reminded me of 5 Guys. Needless to say, today we were smart and SPLIT the sandwich.Don't expect some tradional place as it is also a convenience store. That is a great thing if you are camping or at Branson Cove and don't want to fight the traffic.They have a great alcohol and beer selection as well. If you fish, they have bait and fishing supplies.The staff are fun and polite.I'm really glad my sister told me about this place. Otherwise, I would have driven by and missed out!I have NO connection to anyone who works here or owns this place. I never stepped foot into it until yesterday. I just really appreciate locally owned businesses that may not get tge credit they deserve.We heard that the bar and grill behind the building habe live bands on Friday and Saturday. Hopefully I'll be able to write a review for that.
Fantastic burgers and crispy fries! Loved every bite!
We went here for dinner when we were camping across the street at the state park. My wife got the black and blue burger. The bacon on it was very good. I had the classic burger. It too was very good. Both hamburgers were very large. Not a quarter pound for sure maybe 1/3 -1/2. We ordered fries with both and they were delicious.
Food is always great quality and delicious! Great place to stop and grab a bite to eat or take it to go for a picnic by the lake!
Fair warning. I recently stopped at the station for gas and used my debit card at the pump, I begin a transaction for gas, I put some gas treatment in and before I begin to get gas the pump reset and afterwards I begin a new transaction, purchased 10$ in gas. They held 100$ for each transaction and after it was completed I never received the 100$ for the first one when the pump reset it's been 13 days and I still haven't received it.
Awesome place to have a beer. Good food here too
