Waited way too long in drive through for a room temp beef and cheddar and curly fries that were barely warm and crunchy like they had gotten cold and refried to warm. Super friendly, courteous server.
Went through the drive through only vehicle in line, ordered my food paid at the window was told to pull forward and my food would come out because they had to drop fresh items for me I waited 30 mins and finally decided to go inside and ask as there were now other cars that had been served. They didn’t have my order and didn’t even remember me coming through. Got a refund but the entire staff was clueless to what happened to my order. I would suggest avoiding this one.
Terrible!!! Do NOT waste your $ here. It looked like a i year old made it and way to salty and customer service was RUDE @ unhelpful. Also i asked for 5 arbyys sauce @ 5 horsey sauce when i got home there were 2 of each. Thanks alot you pimple face elementary school drop out!
I have been on a slider kick with Arby's. These are perfect for me to have a quick snack, 1 or 2 and I am good for 4 more hours.
Difficult to place order with person manning that post at speaker. Prices were higher than on line menu by over 35%. Chicken sandwich was so salty, it burned my mouth. .threw it away...beef dip was not hot. Wasted nearly $20
I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and the inside was closed...After paying at the window I sat there for 12 minutes after watching the guy who took my payment leave, mouthing off at someone inside the store. After calling the store, a man handed me a bag of food and quickly closed the window, quickly walking away from the window. I pulled up as now another vehicle was pulling in behind me. The food in the bag I was given was not my food. Pulling around through the drive thru AGAIN, I had to wait another 8 minutes before getting to the window where another man stated "he said he tried to tell you but you snatched the bag and drove away". This was completely inaccurate! This man apologized and stated they didn't know there was an order and he was unaware we were at the window until we called. We shared with him we had been there since the other guy walked out mouthing off now 24 minutes ago. He had nothing to say.
had the meal uber eats to us and the driver was really awesome and stopped to buy drinks because the restaurant failed to give them to him. we also didn’t get our sauce and the fries were barely half full. arby’s costs a good amount of money to barely get anything we ordered.
We went through the drive thru. DID not meet expectations. Had to circle back to get order correct. Very disorganized.
Werevin drive through on Christmas eve they we to close at 6 pm they closed with an entire line of traffic jambed in line. We were in line prior to 6 pm behind several others in line as well
So today I went to get lunch and I order a roasted chicken sandwich. after waiting 15 or so minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me the lady at the window told me to pull forward. I did and waited there another 10 or so minutes and I was starting to get irritated. finally they brought out my food, I drive off and go to eat i look down and someone had put probably (and I am not exaggerating) a half to three quarters of a cup of mayonnaise and honey mustard on my sandwich. I was so frustrated after waiting so long for my food. It made me so angry and I knew I was going to take it out on the wrong person so I just threw it away. Then I go to wash it down with my drink and it is so watered down it didn’t even taste like Powerade. It was blue water. I would say what happened was the Mayo cap came off as they were putting it on or something like that and they were too lazy to make another sandwich or even attempt to scrape it off. I do not normally write reviews but I was just so in awe of the laziness. I figured I’d come on here and let everyone know not to waste your time to just go ahead and go over to McDonald’s or anywhere else but Arby’s. Waste of $18 man.
