I wouldn't go If I were very hungry they were very understaffed. They probably should have received three stars but I bumped it up one because the employees that were there worked very hard (though they could have been managed better) and the food was pretty good once we got it. During our short stay in town it became apparent that every place in town seemed understaffed and overprice.
We always try to eat here when in Branson. We were not disappointed that we kept the tradition going! We were seated immediately and waitress was right there! We had great service and Amazing food! We had the Byron Street Chicken and Shrimp! The chicken was so tender and juicy! The shrimp were absolutely delicious! We Enjoyed our experience at Applebee’s! Thank you!
The service here is beyond excellent. The food is good. The drinks are good. The service is the best in any Applebees I’ve seen. Branson knows customer service.
Applebee's in Branson, Missouri was on the strip and open late. We were with a group of friends who were ready for a nice dinner. We all ordered steaks. They were perfectly prepared to everyone's delight. Very good service and food.
Worst service ever. My family was there and when we were ordering our food, a table got sat. Two of my kids ordered mac n cheese and next thing I know the other table gets their kids meals which was also mac in cheese. I spoke with the manager and she said she would look into it, but never came to our table to let us know why they got theirs first and we didnt even though we order before they did. Then my oldest ordered off the kids menu and instead of getting a child size cup, they gave him an adult cup and charged us. They tried charging us more that what they were suppose to. Poor management and then our server Alex S. started to have an attitude towards us. Worst experience ever. My boyfriend let the manager know that we would not be back.
I was a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). We were greeted and seated right away. We were seated in a large booth that actually accommodated all of us comfortably. This location was not really busy, however, there was only one waitress at the time. She did very well taking our orders, bringing our orders with any extras as well as refills. She did the best she could to be positive. It was obvious that she was stretched thin. But she did great under the circumstances.
Server was good. Food was amazing. Would have given 5 stars but they didn't have mozzarella sticks, so couldn't order the appetizer sampler which is HUGE hit with my family.
We went to eat on Christmas Day and sat at the bar. It was VERY busy, but the bartender was such a great server to us. Not sure if she is a manager or not, but she should be because she wasn’t taking any mess and I loved that. I’d definitely visit this location again.

I will never go back here. The food was standard Applebee's food, nothing special. But the service was TERRIBLE. We got there around noon on a Wednesday, just in time for their lunch rush. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Okay, no problem. We sat down, and waited to be seated. A couple came in after us, and were seated immediately, then a group of 4, and then another couple. Eight different parties were seated ahead of us! We spoke up several times, and were told that they were "working" on our table. Our 20 minute wait turned into 55 minutes! We had some VERY hungry, unhappy children. We will not be returning. You may be wondering why we didn't just leave and go somewhere else: We would have if we had known that we would be waiting an hour! We were misled, and thought it would only be " a few more minutes!"
