How do you not offer water? We aid for a drink in the combo but my grandson only wanted water. No water to be found or offered. Do better.
I am literally setting in this place right now and I have been in this kind of work for sometime and honestly there is no hospitality what so ever. They don't make effort to greet you not even a smile. Maybe someone could help them out to enjoy their job a little more.
The only A&W left in our area ?. They are always providing the best customer service and the food is always up to standard in my opinion! I usually get the Papa Burger and the new Spicy Cheese Curds are great! Will always stop here whenever I come to visit Branson
Came in for my birthday and ordering was a mission. There were 2 people in front of me and 2 behind. I moved up to the register when my turn came up and clerk looked at me and walked away. Then the other 2 workers did the same and took care of everyone in line. I had to leave and come right back in just to get my order taken. Food always good but the service here has never been up to par
Got a couple shakes and the best park was sitting down for a few minutes. No quality on food being served. Didn't look good and seemed short staffed.
Good food even though they lost our ticket and we had to wait a bit for our order
My experience was horrible. 6:50 pm and told me I couldn't have food only drinks. You close at 8. Sorry but you lost my business and I was excited to eat there.
They have cheese curds....delicious also the freezes are awesome.
Burger was disgusting with 2 quarter pieces of raw looking uncooked bacon on it. Didn't complain though. Fries and floats were good though. Won't return after seeing that bacon.
Very busy place but surprisingly went thru the line pretty fast. The root beer is my favorite. Got the food out fast to everyone. The staffed seemed very pleasent. Seemed like the placed was kept clean. Always come here when in town.
