The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming to our large family. The store was well cleaned and the toppings were well stocked! The yogurt was absolutely delicious! Peach and cake batter were my personal faves!!
Awesome variety of yogurt to choose from and every kind of topping you could think of, I could go back 1000 times and get something different each time, highly recommended

Great new management just took over! Super friendly couple with a heart for local and especially the Blue Springs and surrounding community.I had the honor of being part of the first day opening with about 23 friends of mine (including kids).So much fun and we will be back soon!

This location switched to soufflé cups for toppings due to the Covid “pandemic”. Other locations have switched back to the ladles. I’ve walked in and walked out twice now. I guess I’m never coming back. It’s inconvenient for the staff and the customers, plus I’m paying for the weight of all the cups and lids so I get less for my money.
Rude employee when calling to verify closing hours due to storm alot of places are closing early, and I called a minute ago and someone just said hello and I said hello is this the yogurt place and she said "this is yogurtini" I said "what time are you open til?" She said yes we are open so I asked what time they close and she said 9, and then I said thank you and no response she just hung up on me, from the second she answered she was rude, horrible customer service, I was going to give them my business but definitely not after the very unpleasant interaction, seems like they didn't want to talk to anyone.
Oh my goodness- I’ve not been here since Covid, but I brought 4 middle school girls tonight. 4 cups- $68. I’m absolutely mind blown. I thought we were just having a treat- I could have taken them to Ruth Chris! ? It’s a fine establishment- but I can’t believe how darn expensive!!
Wasn’t spoken to by any staff. When explaining I hadn’t given my number for rewards she just said “Oh. Next time.” I spent almost $15 and no rewards for it. Lame.
