Went on national wing day. Forgot to add 5 free wings on online order. Cashier was nice and reminded us and added it to our order. Hot/Lemon Pepper flavor needs to be a permanent flavor.
Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Made an online order and went to wait inside restaurant. After I paid I sat and waited for about 30 minutes and watched as others came in and got their orders. After another few minutes I decided to go politely ask if it would be much longer for my order and the lady behind the counter rudly told me she had already said it would be a while for my order as they had "so many people ahead of me" which wasn't true, she never told me it would be a while. After I gave them my name they looked through their tickets only to find that my order had been sitting on the shelf ready for about ten minutes or so. I noticed them set the bag up there while I was waiting but since they didn't call my name for the order I assumed it wasn't mine. Will NOT return to this location.
Y'all got some bad freaking attitudes working at this location. Three people standing around giggling saying we'll be with you in a moment (after they finish their gossip). Wouldn't give me my bottled drinks I ordered and made me use the fountain thing (which was not what I wanted for my two drinks with the combo). Dirty blonde haired girl came up with a frown and upset she had to check me out. No pleasantries or manners. Sorry for interrupting social hour!!
Horrible slow service! Waited at the register for five minutes while multiple people saw me standing there I was just there to pick up my order. Hire people who actually care.Never coming back to this location.
This location is TRASH!!! Rude incompetent workers. I waited 20 minutes for cold over cooked wings. Then when I asked for their corporate number she told me NO! Don’t waste your time or money. The corn was under cooked the fries was cold wings DISGUSTING!! Poor poor customer service. They don’t need to allow these people from different countries to come run an AMERICAN business!!! Make it make sense
Cashier was super rude from the moment I walked into the door. I was the only person in the place and it took over 20 min to get food because they were just standing around talking and joking around.
Terrible. Lady at register just stared at me until I asked about the menu, an then was just rude while trying to order food. We ended up leaving.
I got lemon pepper an mild wings combo. Lemon pepper Wings were over cooked! Tast was good but dry. Mild Wings was ok. Ranch seems watered down with taste of dill in it. Oh an fries were dark an dry an very very salty!! To cover burnt taste. I was very sad can't go back!
Fantastic wings!!! I'm super happy with the flavor, especially the seasoned fries!! I can't stress how happy I am that you can get them at pizza hut now too!! Will definitely be eating more!!They aren't quite my favorite wings (7/11 still holds that title) but they're a VERY close second! 4.95 out of 5 for me but I rounded up. Top notch!
Location has gone down hill!! A few months ago Me and my husband ordered online from here, we live 15 minutes away. When we picked up the food and got back home we found out that they had given us the wrong order but with the correct receipt, I know we should have checked the bag before we left but still & I understand mistakes happen. But we contacted them about it and the company ended up sending us a $10 gift card in the mail that didn’t need activated. So after a few weeks we decided to go back and use the gift card we had received from them. & when we gave it to the cashier they explained that it has a $0 balance. We told them we had just gotten it in the mail from you guys and they told us that there was nothing they could do about it. So I tried seeing if it actually did need activated but it didn’t & I had contacted corporate about it since they had sent it to us in the first place and they never contacted me back & I haven’t been back to Wing-stop since this issue. Seriously go anywhere else for your wings!! Not worth it!
