Clean and great service! Food was very tasty, 5 dollar biggie bags are where it's at! Also the salads are my favorite!
I ordered delivery off Wendy's website. But seemingly Door Dash actually delivered. So the delivery person told me she had been told by store to have me contact Door Dash about problems because seemingly the store knew the order was incomplete. But since I didn't order directly from Door Dash I don't have any way to contact them about the order. When I called the store they had no idea how to resolve any problem. So I am out my dinner and my son got chocolate frostee instead of ordered strawberry. Never do Wendy's again.
It was not busy and they were incredibly slow. It smelled bad in there and it was filthy. Also water all over the floor. Will not be back. Had to stay because it's what my son wanted after leaving the ER.
Ridiculous service and food! Used to come here all the time and there prices are just stupid for fast food!! I can go to 5 guys and get way better of a burger and fries cheaper.... Never again and definitely don't recommend these guys .... To charge someone extra for some onion on a burger give me a break...

ony reason I gave 2 instead of 1 was the actual employees. RUDEST manager I hvae ever seen. Food was cold, missing part of it so I sat in drive thru waiting for the mgr to open the window up...she did tjen just stared at me, no question or anything..horrible.
I will never return. Went about 8pm...its a worker standing at drive-thru window from outside talking to other employee. I drive around and a car is placing order. I pull up and it's a sign that says they closed due to staffing limitations. So they came on speaker and told me they was closed but keep in mind they took the order in front of me.
I don't know if everyone knows about this keychain Frosty deal. I've been buying them for years give them to all my family members kids. This is the first time I've been to this Wendy's. And I was told I had to make a purchase to get my free Frosty. I told the high school dropout at the drive-thru that at any other Wendy's you don't have to. She replied in true ghetto form. She said "gawn to any uvver Wendy's den" a real class act. She's probably the freakin manager
Best chili in blue springs!!!Clean dining room.Knowledgeable staff.Great meal.Clean restroom. Nice place with fast service.
Sandwich was not made correctly. The floors needed to be swept, badly. Several tables needed wiped down and cleaned off.
