Food was okay. Wanted a Fiesta Burger which was $15.99. I asked if they would substitute with The Impossible burger, which they did. However, they didn't bother telling me it was an extra $3.75! I expected a little extra, but not that much. Would have been nice if they had explained it. Side dishes are way too small for what they cost. Given the fact we had to go to the normal Hy-Vee counter, order ourselves, get our drinks ourselves, and wait for food to be delivered.. absolutely 100% not worth the cost. The seating area was not designated for Wahlburgers customers. Pretty much anybody that wanted anything to eat because sit in the same area. The drink area was dirty and cluttered, drinks spilled all over the counter and trash laying about, and we are not sure of anyone actually worked in that area, or not. Dine-in restaurant prices with a break room atmosphere. We agree with pretty much everybody else on here. We will not be returning.

don't keep good beers on tap and the bartender seemed to hate life. i don't recommend

I heard so many amazing things about this restaurant. I got the ofd burger with fries. Paid almost 17 dollars for just the sandwich and fries. Thought this is going to be amazing. I was disappointed when I finally got back to my office to eat it. Everything was still hot so not complaining there. The fries were very stale, the burger was small, the tomato jam was gross and the mushrooms had a weird taste and smell. Could not finish.

Ordered the burger walhbowl, wings, mac cheese and everything was awful. Will never order from there again. For 32 bucks at least we got the green to go tupperware of it lol.

Took the family out tonight to Wahlburgers in Blue Springs. Everything from the Fried Chicken Sandwich, salad, 2 different burgers, and fried pickles, was excellent! Everything was brought out together, hot, and absolutely perfect! The bacon Mac and Cheese was amazing.Requested crispy bacon & it was perfect!Will be going back!

Food was good but wasn't worth the price. Burgers were delicious. Fries were good. Onion rings were good. I would probably try them again. However there were only like 10 fries and I honestly thought the onion ring box was empty until I opened it. So to pay $32 for 2 Burgers is a bit ridiculous. I don't know if they just shorted us on our sides because we ordered online, to go or what.

I thought it was pretty good. Basic just like it is intended. Didn’t know what to expect but it was tastefully done. The place was clean and food was good. We even had a cocktail with our Burgers. Friendly staff. Overall had a great time! Thanks [email protected]

Yes, this happened, - So who knew not all customer service is trained on lottery tickets and any other money matters. So because HyVee cannot have access to their lottery machines or any need that would take accounting, my ticket is still caught in a machine you should be able to unlock , but until accounting shows to work today who knows. By the way accounting department leaves and there is NO one after that except simple needs. I will not mention my place of work but All our customer service gets trained in every area. What’s an accounting department? Lol we do it As a team at customer service ! That’s a nice service but it leaves you without the knowledge needed. So to let you know if you have any problems they cannot solve it for you until the next day and we will see on that as well if they can. If not then I am out the money spent at a store that should be able to service the needs of the customer but doesn’t have a clue how to without accounting present. So my advice is to stick to a place that can service your needs when they are presented , and if it cannot , it can find someone who can. The machine was turned back on after management promised it was shut off for the night but they turned that machine back on and I suppose someone else got my ticket!!!! So much for customer service. To the gentleman management last night at the counter, that was NOT professional! If you can’t figure it out then all your customer service should be trained and qualified to service the needs of anything you sell or have access to. My advice to others, would be to do service where you know you CAN get help and not where you cannot. I will be checking in to find out why they are not qualified to be able to handle their customers needs , when you shut the machine off and promise your customer that it will be okay and have looked at the situation when your saying there is nothing I can do but leave a note. I know how the tickets work , I have access and can help the customer with their need! When they get caught open the machine and open the grey doors usually the ticket is hung in that spot where it didn’t drop from. They can’t even do that and no one on their team knows either. Wow, now that’s some training!! I work customer service and we are trained on everything! I will not be doing business at their counter after accounting department leaves because there will be nothing they can do NOR do they care to try! If they had access to the machine it would of been solved last night and I would not be out the money! Be aware , so you don’t get caught in the same situation. I mean can you not unlock a machine and see the ticket hanging no it’s not gonna fall it’s to big, it gets hung in the top spot because the ticket is bigger than the $30 dollar tickets, I know it happens to ours , the difference is we can access it and we can help our customers any time , open to close!! We have you beat!!!!!’ It wasn’t even that late , it was 4:55 pm, so now I have spoken to several different people who know nothing . Well here’s the time look at your cameras, machine by pharmacy, all the commotion and it was right before that time I shopped ! Maybe they don’t have access to cameras either ! Funny thing is why have a manager if they cannot help you? Better go where you can have cameras that can be looked at and where you have access until the counter closes down. Never again , HYVEE !! If you had trained help last night this would not of happened. I am disappointed in you ! On top of the $50.00 ticket that was stuck, it refunded the $20 that was left on the screen so I know it accounted that ticket and it was left hanging on the inside and a machine that was supposed to of stayed shut down, your accounting department said it was back on when she came in. There were at least 4 attending people

Not bad, nothing super special. Nice place
