Always amazing food and staff
Portions are generous from what I could see. Place was busy, but the staff still hustle

Ive been to 3 different ones and OMG delicious every damn time! If you like breakfast like I do (they have more to offer I just love breakfast) then this is a no brainer.
It took 45 minutes for us to get seated even though people were just walking in and getting seated right away. After being seated it took 10 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. After that it took 15 minutes just for him to come back over and take our food order. The food was gross. Nothing was hot, my kid that usually devours everything barely touched his food. No refills on drinks. Won't be returning.
Good food and friendly staff my coffee cup stayed full ? we stopped in again today some tall kid was playing with his hair and picking in his ear then was filling cups with ice and water. Then played on his phone. Never once washed his hands. The server we had was awesome but if it had been that Jacob ( I think was his name) serving us we would have walked. There is no reason anyone in food service should pick at body parts play with there hair and then serve customers.
First time to be at The big Biscuit. Very friendly and smiling staff, appetizing menu. Hot coffee and warm smiles. Loved this place ❤
Prices have gone up. Condition of building, quality of food, and service has gone way down.Smells like a sewer backup in front. Front doors sticking because floor is pushing up. Overall condition of the inside is deteriorating. Order came out complete wrong mixed up transposed every part of an order (eggs, meat, potatoes, pancakes) not much to get wrong. Then brought food out in stages after correcting while rest of party was finished by the time my complete order was out. Been long time customer the building and service continue to decline while prices go up. Making it difficult to continuing to being a customer.
All I have to say is come hungry bc you will leave here stuffed. I am always impressed with the size and quality of the portions here. I highly recommend this place but be patient as they can be busy but worth it. Bon appetit and be happy enjoy life
