I visited later in the day and they were completely out of chicken expect for a couple things and I wasn't able to get what I originally wanted
Absolutely horrible location. Waited 45 minutes in a line of 4 cars before I even got to order. All while I was waiting to order multiple employees walked outside to either point and laugh and go into the dumpster area and do drugs. After about an hour i finally received my food to nothing being even close to warm and a watered down drink because all the ice melted. When I called to file a complaint they refuse to answer and when going to the store the person I had talked to was so high off they couldn’t understand simple words or speak.
Mexican Pizza is back to use the phrase of another fast food joint. I'm loving it
I ordered the Famous Bowl without corn and they made it with corn. Asked for them to fix it and I got back one small scoop of mashed potatoes and burnt popcorn chicken. Definitely not worth the $5.50 I paid for it.
Oscar is my buddy. I had a problem and he made sure to correct it and went over and above, for my customer service. AWESOMENESS!!!
Every time I have been to this Taco Bell I have gotten food that I didn't want to eat. Three times in a row I ordered from the KFC side and the food was old, rubbery, and not edible, and I finally gave up and just ordered myself tacos.The staff don't pay attention to special orders, and we have frequently gotten home with our meal to find that part of it was missing. The service is so bad that we have decided it is one of the many Blue Springs fast food restaurants that have disappointed us enough not to return.Giving 2 stars because the staff does try to be friendly and helpful. I think part of the issue is simply that they are short staffed and they haven't had time to train their employees correctly. Still, if you want a decent fast meal, avoid it.
Quickly got food. Not crowded during dinner. Seats or tables had not been cleaned.
Won't be going back there. First they put no cheese on any of my tacos and second the lady working the drive threw had her little kid in there working behind the counter. Maybe 10years old. Not happy at all
Customer service is nice but twice now I've order cheese quesdilla that where paper thin.. is cheese that expensive that we have to stiff customers?
Is this place every open? Every time I’ve tried there is a sign on the order box apologizing for being closed ??♂️
