Just wanna recognize everyone at this location including the Chris's and Kate and I'm horrible with names but you're night shift always goes the extra mile to make sure me and my team get to eat at night even though our tow trucks won't fit in the drive thru. This is fast food literally at is finest with awesome customer service. All at taco bell. Unbelievable! ❤️ ? ❤️!!!
Every time we go to this Taco Bell, we do online orders. Every time we go they screw up our order. Usually it's just a cinnamon twist or the chips for the nachos so we go without and don't say anything. This last time we went we were missing five items so we called the manager who told us to come back to the drive-thru we go back to the drive-thru while our food's getting cold to get the food that we're missing. They hand us the bag. We check it and it's still wrong. These people don't know the difference between a burrito and a taco... Needless to say when we got home all of our food was cold and disgusting. Not worth the $50 that we spent. I do not recommend this place to anyone and we will never be back.
I made the mistake of going into the lobby. There were 2 or 3 orders ahead of me. Took 20 minutes. The store was visibly dirty. You could see dirt and trash under the counter.
Standard taco bell establishment.Overall decent, though the cinnamon twists were not very good and we had to clear our own table.
My question is what does customer service mean anymore?I walked in to order food and nobody helped!! Simple as that nobody spoke or asked me if I was ready to order when it was standing at the front counter. just depressing.
So, I went to Taco Bell next to the Fieldhouse and was served cold food. I ordered 4 soft tacos (which had hard taco shells crumbs in it) and 4 hard tacos. I would have taken the food back but I made it home and discover cold food. Im only minutes away so I know food doesn't get cold like a freezer in that amount of time. This is unacceptable for anyone to be served cold food. Taco Bell Company or Frenchies owner should not allow this type of service at anytime. I put 1 star but really it's less. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
This place rocked. Had the best tacos I think I've ever had at Taco Bell. Staff adapted quickly when the person handling drive thru moved to handle in person customers then back to drive thru. Was good to watch! Kudos to the staff that day!
Mexican pizza outage was taking a toll but the taco team made sure to offer us some free things for the wait. Even though I didn't take anything extra, the offer meant alot. Good work ??

Always great customer service at this location. The enployees are super nice, friendly, and accommodating. My critiques are for you to go light on the lettuce. A little more meat, less lettuce. My biggest concern though is not the food, but the many destructive potholes, omg!, the food is good, minus the unneccessary amounts of lettuce, but the food is definitely not worth the hundreds of dollars that it will cost to repair my car due to the many drive through potholes. I'll come back to this location once it's all fixed.
