Messed up my order twice and for got food even after I went back they seem to forget something everytime or they just dont have something. I settel with what i got by giving it away but it's not what i payed for twice.
The girl at the drive-thru was extremely nice compared to current standards socially. She should get promoted seriously. Above and beyond to be welcoming. I wish I had her name. About 25-35, had kids, dinner shift, medium tan complexion, hair was up so not sure. Very bouncy personality.
It just occurred to me that I've been ordering from this location for years, and I've never had a real issue with it. The food is consistent, orders are always accurate, and when I do go in person, the staff is friendly. Well done,
Like everyone else, the store was in a predicament of staffing and so the lobby was closed and the wait was long for our online order (we waited 30 minutes). Regardless the staff was polite and the food was made well. Some might see the wait as a knock but everyone is struggling in our current climate and so the most important thing to me is that the food is what I expect and carefully made.
This is literally the worst Taco Bell in the Kansas City Area. They have the slowest and laziest staff i have ever seen. Their is never anyone working at the counter, i stood there for 10 mins before i finally saw someone in the back. I saw this elderly lady stand there and wait 20 plus minutes waiting on like a few tacos. All while employees were sitting in the back office and others on their phones. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! Go to any other location, Woods Chapel or Coronado. Just never there
It's Taco Bell... You know what you're going to get. Barely edible food under the guise of "Mexican". However, this particular restaurant is always significantly worse than the rest. The food is slammed together and almost unrecognizable most of the time. The wait is usually longer than the local sit-down establishments. Unless everything else is closed and your refrigerator is bare avoid this location at all costs.
Poorly managed. Lobby is closed during peak hours. Pick up orders are forced to sit in drive through traffic. Meanwhile employees are cleaning lobby.. the lobby that is closed. Put some meals in that boys hands and get food out the door.
My sons fave. Keep it up guys. I had stopped eating taco bell yrs ago. But always got it for him.. now im eating it again... so yummy
This taco bell is very well run. Food is always served as ordered and the staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work!
I literally witnessed the manager and another co worker chase a door dasher out of the store cursing at her because they refused to give food to her. Calling this woman out of her name and belittling her. You should never chase anyone out of the store much less down the street when the lady was clearly leaving. I also witnessed them flipping her off on the store. All of this in front of my children. Very unprofessional and the female manager should definitely be fired. I will not eat there again until she is fired.
