Went to the drive through and waited a few minutes and couldn’t get anyone to respond so I went inside. I was the only customer at lunchtime and I forgot my mask. I walked in and asked if they had any disposable masks and the lady at the counter said no and said she won’t serve me without one... So I walked out and went back to the drive through. Still no answer so I said hello a couple times and the other guy working there came on and rudely said “I’ll help you when I can...”. So I left. I live pretty close to this store and this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service/food there. I’m done with them, don’t bother with this place. Backyard burger right across the street on the other hand was quick, got my order right and were polite!
I walk in.Employees put mask on quickly.Proceed to tell me they won't serve me without mask.I leave.Employee walks out talking on phone smoking cigarettes while drivethrough line piles up.I now leave because I can't even get served in a timely fashion.Also if I have to wear a mask...why didn't you have yours on when I walked in?Shame because it's next to home and I'll never be visiting this subway again.
Went through the Blue Springs Drive-through today and got a salad. This is what I got for 9$ . Pretty pathetic and disappointing it was barely half full in the container. Not worth 9$ ... it was like a side salad.

Ordered online. One of the sandwiches was made with the wrong condiment. (Lazyness) I called to tell them and the employee seemed totally clueless about what to do. I asked if she could remake the sandwich. She said yes and hung up on me. I assume they are remaking the sandwich. I take a picture of the one that was wrong just to show them in case they thought I was lying. Drive back up there to pick up the remade sandwich, the manager is very rude and tells me that they can't make me another one unless I bring back the first one. I show her the picture of the first made sandwich with the date. Totally ignores it and repeats the same thing. I tell her you are just going to throw it away and when I called up here the girl didn't tell me to bring the mismade sandwich back after she said she would remake it. She hung up on me. The manager said the girl said I hung up on her. I wasted a trip and gas to go back there to pick up a correct sandwich. They didn't make it and the manager was very rude and treated me like I didn't something wrong or assumed that I was just trying to get free food. I will not be going back to this Subway. Rude and unprofessional.
I was ordering through the drive-thru. Sat at the screen for five minutes and when no one spoke, I drove up to the window. I sat there for another five to ten minutes trying to get the lady’s attention who was walking back and forth. I finally honked and she proceeded to unlock the drive-thru window and told me the drive-thru is closed??? I told her she needed to put a sign at the drive-thru stand and in the window. She slammed the window on me.
We have 4 Subway's in town and have never been to this one before. 2 of the other 3 are closer so we usually go to those stores. Well I say used to because tonight we got the absolute best service and best sandwiches we've had in years. Even though this is the farthest away it will be our regular store from now on.
I'm sorry I doubted you, older lady. You were right. Its terrific. You know what i mean.
Love this subway. Great customer service and have never had a bad sandwich.
Spent 40min in drive through window, was ignored at the order station for about 10, FINALLY had my order taken partially, guy asks if i want it toasted, HEAR him put it in the oven, back to being ignore for another 10min. Been calling 'hello' every once in a while to try and get some help, finally comes back and finishes taking my order, pull up, get COLD food and drove away too angry to say something and try and be civil about it.
