Always happy with the drinks and service. 7 Hwy in Blue Springs is my favorite Starbucks location!
I had such a great experience here! The service was fast and the employees were amazing. They took time to make sure that all six of my drinks were correct before I paid. They also went above and beyond on making the cups so cute for the wedding party photos. Special shout out to Lexi and Natalie! Great job everyone thank you so much!
Starbucks is always good! The staff is always super nice and obviously their coffee is amazing. Wish they had a bigger parking lot because the line gets pretty long and it's right off of 7hwy so it's hard to get in and blocks the rest of the parking lot plus there's very few parking spaces. Was difficult to get in and out when I did uber eats because you have to park and go in to pick up an order
I've been going to this location since 2014. I like their atmosphere and quality staff.The other day I watched the shift lead dealing with a problem customer and she was professional and composed.
Passing through and happy I stopped here. Great service, food and drinks were perfect.

Took 20 minutes to get a coffee out. A coffee if needing to be brewed and put in a cup should max take 5 minutes to get out weather in drive or inside. And drive through times were also way to high. I dont recomend this location
I've been really weary with the attitude of Starbucks employees in covid. It seems they have majorly improved in some locations tho. One thing that really is annoying is that my coffee has no longer been coming with sleeves. I've left tips anyway despite this annoyance of lack of customer service. It is much appreciated when they at least leave them out to get one. To be chewed out for taking a sleeve by the employee at this location when there were sleeves sitting right by the coffees is pathetic. Asking for sleeves for your coffee is the same as asking for silverware in a restaurant, not because they forgot but deliberately decided to withhold it for a joke. I won't be using anymore tip money at one location.
Only good for mobile orders as the dine in service is awful. Ordered straight brewed coffee at counter. She takes my order and walks away. Order gets put behind all the mobile orders. 15 minutes still no coffee. I hate this location and am trying a different one next time
I wish I could say this issues with this store are due to CV however they are not. This store has ALWAYS had a horrible response time with their drive-thru. It should NEVER take 20+ minutes to get through. For the last 10 years it has always been like this. I love starbucks and I love their drinks but OH MY WORD they need to figure out how to run a drive-thru ?
