We ordered 2 number 1’s, NO cheese, extra onion. We received 1 double bacon burger covered in cheese, one burger in something like Texas toast, covered in cheese. When we ordered, the girl asked us if we said NO cheese and we said that is correct. I know they seem to be short on help but this was a BIG miss. The rest was correct…tot’s, fries, drinks! This isn’t the first time this has happened. I think we may need to drive on down 7 Hwy. to another location!
Just left this location I ordered a strawberry lemonade. I received it took a drink and I thought the strawberries were spoiled. told them I wanted to just get a lemonade left and was a few miles away took a drink and its the lemonade thats bad.
I drive down to this Sonic even though I live a few blocks from the one on Woods Chapel. It's Sonic food, decent, but nothing unique, but this location is better about getting orders correct and promptly.
Very unprofessional staff! I frequent this Blue Springs location on N. 7 Hwy often and it has gone down hill a lot over the past few months. I got onion rings that were completely black, drove back up to the restaurant to return them so the manager could see what garbage was going out of her drive thru. Over the speaker, she (Victoria) said pull up to the window, and the girl at the window simply stuck a bag out with new onion rings. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience", offer of a drink or coupon - Nothing - Ridiculous!!
All stalls had caution tape but they didn't give direction on what they wanted.. It was a rainy day and they had huge puddles. I assumed that's what they were cautioning plus other cars in stalls and a few were not taped off and all were working. They weren't happy with me but would've been nice with a bit of customer direction and a little less annoyance. I can't read minds or signs that aren't there and caution tape doesn't mean anything but caution.

Ordered a Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito with Salsas. When I got it, it was so small, had hardly no toppings inside, and was the worst I had ever had at this restaurant. They also did not have any salsas either. Not sure if I would recommend this Sonic in the future.
Said was delivering 15 minutes before I got my food. Blamed it on a corn dog in the fryer. Car hop got an attitude because I paid cash and it inconvenienced her to bring me my change. None of the food was hot and the corn dog was warm. Worst experience
Not over friendly yet did the job!The drive thru employee that helped me was to the point, did welcome me to the establishment but did not thank me for visiting after completing my order. I had a medium sonic blast in the flavor of butterfinger. The ice cream was thin and barely stayed on the spoon while trying to eat it.There was very little butterfinger sprinkled on top for my liking, it may have been the appropriate amount per sonic serving, yet it was not blended throughout the cup. The lighting at the establishment was lacking for a nighttime visit. Not sure if lights were turned off or bulbs were burnt out but there were plenty of shadows and dark areas as traversed the drive thru track. 2 employees were outside taking a quick break, one in the front as I entered the drive thru and another out the back door as I sat at the order window. Neither spoke to me but had the opportunity.The concrete was rough and disintegrating along the drive thru and parking area.I pulled over and sat in the parking lot to eat this treat and as I looked around with my cup of disappointment it all seemed dismal. All of this is subjective but google asked my opinion! ?Maybe your visit will be better and I would probably visit again because of location and ease of getting into the parking lot from 7hwy. ??
Waited 17 min for ice cream ... Totally insane. Laughable really. Then, when it came, they were dripping down the sides of each cup.... But wait, there's more. They had no napkins. So we waited again for them to bring out napkins -- they never did.So we left... It was, as usual with Sonic, a miserable "I'll never go back there ever again" experience... This time, since there's so many options for Ice cream these days I probably won't.But, as I say... It is what it is until it isn't... Then it isn't. You know?
