Filed a complaint on phone # provided a week ago. No one called me to correct the issue.Kat Tyler the manager at this location doesn't understand customer service . Ownership needs to know .
Very disrespectful service, shut the window on us for just asking a question. Just to give your GM a heads up. You served us god that was cold and not finished. After a 30 minute wait, that was unacceptable!
Waited at the speaker forever just to get to the window to see this young lady half way into the car in front of me. Kids these days. See photo.
Good experience at this sonic. The chicken nuggets were cooked properly and tasted well. The cheeseburger, mozz sticks and cheddar bites also tasted great. The workers here were also pretty friendly.
Tried the big dill burger and it was terrible. The burger was burnt, well done. Too WELL DONE. Couldn't even eat it. My dog wouldn't eat it either
Love the app for ordering online for pick up. That and the folks are pretty quick for getting orders out to you. Kids always enjoy getting food from sonic... gotta love a slushie!
The food and drinks are amazing, and the app makes it so much cheaper and easier to order all the special menu items!
I eat here about 4 to 5 mornings a week. Its convenient. But probably only 1 out of those 5 my order is correct. I've been overpaying for a chicken sandwhich for about 3 months and it's just obnoxious. Not that hard. Good food on some days. Lacy is the one who does it right.
Can't go wrong with Sonic especially when you're in a hurry everything is delicious only problem I've ever had is one time my Chet or peppers tasted a little off and another time they cooked my corn dogs too long half of the corn dog was too hard and not edible
Super dope people, good service but if you’re gonna order anything with changes to the meal… it won’t be correct but ay who’s judging? most people.. Not the point though, if you’re planning on ordering yourself a plain cheeseburger, It won’t be plain.. so go ahead and bring you’re own toasted buns forsure.
