Overall, I like this Sonic. Food is good, and the people are nice. The service here just takes too long. I can order my food and leave less than 10 mins on a good day.
Took my boys here the other day for some slushies after the splash park and we decided to sit on the patio. The tables were really pretty gross.. there was quite a bit of trash on the ground. The service was fine but slushies were so so. My son got a lime slush and it tasted like straight cleaning products if im being completely honest. He told me it tasted weird so I tasted it too. I usually love sonic but this particular one just isn't that good anymore.
Onion rings are fire especially if you get their ranch and barbecue dipping sauce and mix them together.
I ordered a breakfast burrito and the eggs were clearly cooked with the hamburger grease and the taste was terrible as a result. Threw it away
Over the last month been there 3 times to the sonic on woods chapel in blue springs mo.Wrong drink order 2 out of 3 timesStop for the 3 rd time today my son wanted sonic we ordered got home and the chicken strips that we ordered my dogs that eat anything would not even touch them. Dont know who is teach them how to cook or make stuff but they might need a little more traing
We got BLTs. They used to be good there but OMG. MAYBE A 3RD of the size they were and tasted terrible. Will never go back.
Came @ 10:48. No one spoke to me on the speaker. I waited 4 minutes. Drove to the window and they were hesitant and confused. Lots of yelling and playful laughter inside. Finally came to the window and told me no drinks and no ice cream - those were shut down. I actually was there for ice cream, among other things… just finished a long day. I know, I know…. you close at 11, but while you are not closed, you should be prepared. I’m not usually out late, but tonight I was, and it was a bit disappointing. Operating hours should mean you fully operate until 11. I added a star because they didn’t charge me for the item I was able to order. That was nice.
Upon visiting, location was out of almost all items, but for some reason was still open. Made to wait at the drive-in window for 18mins before being told this. Manager named Evelyn stated it wasn't her fault, and that they are forced to stay open. Asked for GM's info, and she told me her name was Emma, but would not provide contact info.Just keep driving - this place has been a mess ever since the current management took over.
Decent quality fast food. Much better burgers than McDonald's. This location has consistently good service and friendly staff.
I normally have great service from this particular location. I went a couple days ago and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It’s supposed to be served on Texas toast but for whatever reason, I got mine on “baby toast”. It was seriously smaller than regular bread. I was still charged full price. I hope this isn’t their “new” size of Texas toast. Very disappointed.
