Good was good and service was incredible. LJ was attentive and proactive. As our group increased through the evening, she kept up with all being taken care of almost immediately. Atmosphere was relaxed, and patrons were friendly. Comeback win at darts for the night. Lol!

Really like this bar. Bartenders were great and great place to play pool or watch sports.

Love this place, employees are exceptional.. Great food and drinks. Those place has it all.. if you love sports, billards, darts.. Side pockets has you covered..

Cool place! Good food, kitchen open until midnight. Just get a table and shoot pool till they close. No tight places, easy to walk around everywhere. Gotta check it out! Large tv's, too.

Always have a good time here! The drinks are great, the games are fun, and the wait staff does their job well. Only complaint I would have is a certain bartender that has an attitude quite often when you ask for anything. Otherwise, everyone else is great!

Enjoyed a poker tournament Saturday. Tried to play some pool afterward and the place was so packed I couldn't find a queue. It's not really a complaint but just to say business was good. I should have brought my cue lol

Our first time going to the Blue Springs location, as we normally go to the one in Lee’s Summit. It was really nice overall… as always, Side Pockets is great place to go for pool. Our server (Sarah) was absolutely awesome, and is one of the reasons we will definitely be coming back to the Blue Springs location!!

Kinda slow for a Saturday night but it was snowing. No more smelling like a butt of an ashtray. Bartender was awesome, waitresses were knockouts. Pool was cheap, beer was cold, Chris was pleased!

I routinely use Touchtones to play songs at various Side Pockets. Issue is the disgruntled manager turned down the volume during my songs- all $50 of em.I really didnt want to deal with the overworked, unhappy manager for a refund, let alone write this complaint-BUT I feel obligated by how it was handled, thanks BS SP!!When i approached the manager, lethargic & combative from yrs there, he lectured saying issue was my hearing. Similar to a child wanting his way, he fibbed about lowering the volume.Instead of checking the speaker and volume, he condescendingly informed me to contact Touchtunes. This and his odd defensiveness told me he likely changed the volume, someone did.Touchtunes gladly provided replacement credits & advised me to write a complaint. Actual service.I silently walked away to avoid his eagerness to induce an argument. I realize SP wants to repeat the same 10 talentless country songs but you cant mute songs that customers have paid over $2-$3 to hear first- and twice as much $ as other SP’s too.Everyone noticed the volume changing - We’ll be back every week & we’ll play even more songs. And we better be able to hear them.
