Frustrated to wait at the front counter for 10 minutes; noting there are 9 employees on the floor laughing and staring at one person at the counter waiting to be helped…impressions matter. They could care less who is standing at the counter waiting for someone to take their order but teasing me as I’m waiting at the counter. It’s a Saturday I get it; they have 2 cars in line at the drivethru , they are over worked, paid little, no breaks,..Thank you for a “one of a kind -very bad and inconvenient experience at Popeyes.” Hopefully they will improve their service soon.
I like Popeyes, but this is the third time in a row my order was messed up. This time, however, I got some bad attitude looks from that young freckle-faced boy when I told him my order was wrong. I ordered coleslaw, not fries. That simple. He argued with me and finally gave me slaw...with an attitude. Mistakes happen, but shouldn't happen very often. I go there for chicken sandwiches and Louisiana hot sauce, but he didn't give me the sauce, either. I'm going to start making my own fried chicken.
This is the worst store ever!They had a 10pc. Family meal flashing on their digital display board for 25.99 when I ordered it I was told they no longer offer it. I could order it at a higher price. Can you say false advertising? It seems normal for them
Your location in Blue Springs MO and Independence MO have both gone down alot in quality and level of service. I will no longer go to either location due to never knowing the quality of food or presentation of food using the drive through. Also, in each location the staff are always bickering amongst themselves which probably contributes to the poor quality of the product you offer.
It wasn’t what I was expecting from Popeyes ?. The chicken had to been sitting for hours not hot all. And the rice was spoiled to the point it had a stench to it. Like spoiled rotten. The biscuit was so dry that I didn’t even bother. I lost out with this lunch choice. ?? the 2 stars are for the sweet cashier. Thank you for your honesty… sorry I won’t be back
Went through the drive-thru this afternoon and ordered a #10 with red rice and beans, Diet Coke, sweet heat sauce and blackened ranch sauce. She told me my total at the speaker and asked me to pull around. I get to the window and she tells me a different total which is more than what she told me at the speaker. She handed me my bag and i checked to make sure BOTH of my sauces were in there. Only the ranch was in the bag so i asked for my sweet heat. She said “sorry they told me they were both put in there.” I said there is only ranch in here and she said “there should be both.” I had to physically show her the inside of my bag for her to give me another sauce. I get home with my food, there is no silverware in the bag and my Sandwhich bread was rock hard and my red beans and rice were ice cold. Oh and to top it all off, i was given regular Coke. I am very disappointed in my experience today…. I didn’t expect to have to argue for an extra sauce when i ordered at the speaker and fully expected that i paid for them and then get home to disgusting cold/old food and the wrong drink. I was the only car in the drive-thru the entire time.
Love the food, but they got my drink wrong twice, and forgot to hand it to me the other time while I was asking for extra sauce. Depending on who's working they will charge for 4 sauces or just give them to you like ever other fast food chain
Problem with this location, I understand late at night 30 mins before closing that stuff is mostly put away. I ordered a two chicken sandwiches and one with a meal. They said certain things were out of stock. So I proceeded order a large mac and cheese as a side. What they did to early this 1 star is claiming that "They were out of napkins." Also when I got home my large side order was only half full. So they charged me for a large and only gave me a small and didnt bother give a recept.

Prices went up like everywhere else. Food was still good. Got the spicy family deal $24.99. Cheapest chicken place in Blue Springs since inflation. $35-40 for a box of chicken and 2 sides is ridiculous (other places) to me.
