Pizza was very dry and over cooked, ordered extra sauce, there was barely any. This will be the last time I waste money on Pizza Hut.
I ordered two medium pizzas, and both were wrongly made....I ordered a super Supreme and a bbq chicken. The bbq chicken didn't have BBQ SAUCE which how do you have a bbq chicken pizza with bbq sauce and it has red pizza sauce....then I open up the Supreme and to my surprise there is not an ounce of cheese on it! I called and only got $10 refunded back to my card....but that's not even the point...the point is how do you work at a pizza place and forget the cheese?!
Order was correct, on time and delicious. Woman at front counter was friendly and it was a great experience on a busy Saturday night.
Horrible customer service. The guy behind the counter pretended to be on the phone while I could plainly hear that he as not talking to anyone. The cook came up to give me my pizza which was burned and cold. Nice job guys!
I think too many boxes may have been stacked on the pizza box while out for delivery. The cardboard was soft from the heat and the box lid had been pushed down on top of the pizza so all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. The time spent in delivery was too long and it affected the quality of the pizza.
The pizza we had last night tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. The crust and the toppings were dry and hard. The meat pizza we had was literally dripping grease. It tasted old.
The last few pizzas didn’t gave the extra sauce I requested. There was hardly any sauce. The survey I filled out, wasn’t a glowing review.
I placed my online order at 6:48pm, and after multiple calls to the store someone finally answer at 8:20pm. My order was completely forgotten about and when I asked the associate if my pizza would be fresh or not, they assured me it had just come out the over. Only to receive it 15 minutes later and it had definitely sat out for over an hour.
Pizza was good but the other items in my order would've been better if everything in my order was delivered.
This location is always a disapointment, have not order from them in while since my last "bad" experience and they perform as bad as expected and blame it all on computers and being Sunday January 2nd. What is the point of order online get a time for pick up in 30 minutes and then still have to wait 25 more minutes at the store for the items to be ready, looks like they do not place the order in until you are actually there witch does defeat the purpose of online ordering. Pretty sure was not the only customer on this issue since there was a line of people on the same situation. Definitly "WOULD NOT RECOMMED" this location as your first option, but more like your last resource when you are really that desperate.
