We called the Woods Chapel pizza hut delivery on Mother's day and after 10 minutes of listening to them talk was told, they don't deliver to my place, even though their a mile away! I was told to call the 7 hiway location. Ok... guess what? They don't deliver here either! Good thing I don't like Pizza Hut!
This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Every time on delivery it says 30-40 mins but it’s always over 2 hours. I’ve tried it at least 4 to 5 times and it’s always the same. When I call to see what’s going on, either no one picks up or I get put on hold for a good 15 mins for them to check. Just horrible customer service. I do love their breadsticks.
This pizza was fresh cause it was hot but when i took a bite it had an after taste i never had that problem untill today either the dough was some days old or the cheese and the pepperoni was some days old.
Last two orders were cold, store is just down the street. Pizza ordered was wrong. Manager was not in store, left number, no return call. By far the wurst experience I've had with this store.
As I’m Siting here waiting on my pizza . I’m just trying to figure out why NO ONE has GLOVES on. As someone is handling my pizza . Very disgusting and unsanitary.
The pizza dough was under cooked and 1/3 of the pizza had folded over itself during delviery.
The food has been amazing for a while now and the drivers are the best. Fantastic people.
The delivery was an hour late. Pizza was cold and tasted bad. The cinnamon rolls were uncooked and tiny. The driver was very nice and apologetic. It was a waste of money.
Everyone that works there is really nice and my food is right and delicious! And they are fast and always ready when I get there to pick it up!! Keep up the great work!!
They didn't make our order correctly and when we called them about it they wanted us to bring it back and refused to have a correct order delivered to us and the manager hung up on us 3 times there customer service is very poor and uncalled for
