The service was great and the food tasted great. Only problem I have is the sizable difference in the salad and the pizza. The salad came out in what was more like a bowl you would use for some salsa and pizza is half size as All The other Minsky's I've been to. And I've been through a lot have them.
The consistently worst customer service ever experienced, spanning years of continuing to give this location a chance, even after 'new management'. If you are not friends or family of the staff, forget being acknowledged as a paying customer, let alone served. Quality of food has always been fine, okay at best, but the listless teenagers and careless supervisors add to horrible experience after horrible experience. Anyone posting a positive review here must have an 'insider's code' none of the rest of the public know about, this service is too horrible to continue to ignore. Never again
Well the pizza was good. The meatball appetizer was like it came out of the refrigerator and didn't get microwave long enough cold in the middle. The waitress had no clue about wine and it took about 10 minutes to get a basic glass of red. The waitress was fine the manager took off the meatball sub But we left disappointed we loved the Minsky's Independence and have never had this problem there.
Been going to Minsky’s in Blue Springs for years and as always wonderful customer service. Angel was very helpful and friendly when she took my order. Always good to have great food and great customer service.
I was introduced to Minsky's Pizza - Blue Springs by a friend of mine about 2 years ago...I was skeptical. Forward 2 years later - Best Pizza Ever ! ! ! ! Every-time i think bout Pizza - I order from Minsky's - Blue Springs Great Customer Service ! ! ! !
I agree that Minksys pizza is very good. Service is another thingwaited over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. 45 minutes to get our pizza, it was prepared incorrectly (forgot the black olives). No drink refills, did not even ask to refill them. It was not slammed, people behind us were complaining as well.
Our waitress was amazingly awesome and the assistant manager Paul was great! He made it feel like a family business and took great pride in his work! Definitely will go back out of our way to see them again. Thanks!!
Minsky's is always Da BOMB!!! Our server Morgan tonight was super nice and very helpful! She did an excellent job and the food was as awesome as always! Just be careful how much food you order because they don't skimp!
I placed an online order for my meal with no difficulty. Arrived at the restaurant and was immediately greeted by the staff at the front desk. My pizza was provided to me right away. The pizza was a perfect Minsky's pizza. Crust was cooked perfectly and the amount of toppings was generous. Plenty of cheese and the right amount of sauce. This was honestly the best pizza and service I have had at a local restaurant in quite awhile. It definitely made me want to return here soon.
We always order delivery. I’m only giving a 3 for the phone service. The pizza and driver are always 5 stars. But ever since we moved we have had the hardest time with them getting our address right. They talk so fast and rush you off the phone they do not have time to ensure they are putting down correct information. Low and behold I looked at the receipt and half the address is missing. That poor delivery driver has deal with the mistakes of the teens on the phone. Making his job 100x harder.
