I went to McDonald’s and ordered a #2 double quarter pounder large meal with dr. Pepper. And a #7 two cheeseburger meal large with diet coke. Let me start by saying I worked at McDonald’s as a manager for 9 years so I understand saturdays are difficult but they weren’t even busy. I get to food window and they give me two drinks neither one marked. I get asked to pull around which is normal but annoying. I then wait 5 mins or so to have who I assume was a manager (teenager) and they asked if they could refund my double qtr pounder since the meat wasn’t cooking. What??? Me being nice I said just swap it out for a crispy chicken sandwich. She said in can I have your card cause I might have to care you for the difference. I am thinking it’s not my issue that you can’t complete my order as ordered so why would you charge me extra. But whatever. At this point I still have no food. She comes back 5 mins later to had me a crispy chicken. I am like wait where is the rest of the order. She is clearly confused. She comes back later and hands me the rest of the food. The fries are extremely cold and the Diet Coke was actually a Coke. The crispy chicken sandwich hand no sauce in it. Epic fail!
The worst MC Donalds I have Ever been at. I ordered a Quarter pounder with Cheese. While driving off I grabbed my burger out of the bag and greese came flying out so I opened the box that the burger came in and the box was full of greese and top things off the meat was RAW. I THEN PARKED MY CAR AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHOWED HER THE BURGER. she made me another one . So I thought no way this could happen again. Sure enough the second burger was the same. Box full of oil and the bread was soked with oil. I had to through it away. No way I will eat at a MC. Donalds again.
Manager was absolutely killing her job. (In a good way) seemed the odds weren't in her favor with how short tempered and minded everyone else was in the store. Employees and customers alike. Three stars just because it's suppose to be fast food. Between the million Door dashes and amount of intellectual hiccups nothing about the visit was fast. Also I'm not sure why I went to McDonald's. Therefore I'm upset with myself.They do like clean hands too!
Not sure whos idea it was to hire a bunch of people who cant speak english, but this has “cheap labor” spelled all over it. The last few weeks ive waited over 20 minutes for my food. Lines of cars going around this place. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to step down asap. DONT COME HERE
I ordered 2 hamburgers and a small french fry, that's it. I got up to the window to pick up my food and the lady told me my food was accidentally given to someone else, so they had me wait up front. I waited for 20 minutes. I had to flag an employee down who was giving orders to other people behind me. After another 10 minutes I received my food. The fries were stale and the burgers were cold, not hot.
No matter what i got, no mater how many times i went there. they always got something wrong. When i try to get it fixed they do so with annoyance as if you are the one who did something wrong.the only time they ever got my order right was when i ordered nuggets, and even then it was a few nuggets short. I can deal with the other stuff. But if i order a 10 piece im gonna get my 10 pieces
Waited literally 25 minutes. The new AI voice slows everything down and defeats the purpose of being a FAST food restaurant. In the end I was happy to only get HALF of what I ordered. Just wasted 30 minutes, a lot of gas, and $10.Disappointed. Feel bad for some of the employees.
I live maybe two minutes from here so it's convenient. Every time we eat here the fries are stale and taste like they've been sitting there for hours or deep fried in old fryer grease. They've forgotten my food so many times now I can't even keep track. Just tonight half my meal was missing and I had to go back to get the rest. Had to wait in the drive thru line again for over thirty minutes because no one would answer the phone. The food was also cold coming out of the window. Seriously the ONLY reason we keep coming back is purely out of convenience. I'm not sure it's even worth it anymore.
the lady taking my order sounded intoxicated. she gave us like a really long pause and couldn’t speak straight. i pull up to the window and the lady stared right into my soul fr fr. she gave me the double look, couldn’t speak clear, i think she may have been drunk or off da perc. they gave me only cookies and drinks and forgot the two burgers and two fries like how u gonna forget the main part of the order like tf?? the french dude who gave me the rest of the food was chill af tho. give him a raise.
Seriously the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was fresh and the girls at the windows were super bubbly and friendly. Excellent job!
