When did they change things where everyone pays and then drives around and waits in a long line for the food? Normally it is just special orders but this was everyone. The person delivering the food looked exhausted walking back and forth. No smile, no have a nice day but just shove bag at you and walk slowly back to grab the next bag. This location is so much better than this! Normally I get amazing service from people that smile and greet you. Please bring that back! This was around 10:15 am on 6/19/22.
I didn't know this McDonald's location existed til tonight. Honestly wish it still didn't. First time order from that one & they forgot my fries & Also messed up my sandwich. I tried calling them and they didn't even answer their phones... really disappointing.Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause they got happy meals right & I didn't have to deal with crying children tonight.
your computer taking orders at drive sucks... it put more than i ordered.and had to change at the window and never put on something I did order. not the first time either
I really feel that with some of the other competition McDonald's really hasn't stepped up with their product this seems kind of like the same old same old. Meat patties seem to be generic kind of bland really and with today's prices I have other options for fast food.
This McDonald’s ice cream machine is actually working 96% of the time. I don’t go to mcd’s very often, but after work every Friday I treat myself to a cone. They always are very nice, again there machine is actually working, and they PILE ON the ice cream!
So this may be my favorite McDonald's.Fries are consistently good texture, not mushy. Only gripe is that once in a while you'll get some without any salt.Otherwise service is very friendly and other menu items always meet my expectations.
Death to all Mcdonalds! They're stealing all of America's real estate. Feeding us poison people! Wendy's, burger king, and all the rest of them are not in competition they all work together to buy up all the prime real estate in america. I live in Blue Springs, MO. Their is 4 McDonald's all within 5-10 minute of eachother. This is unnecessary when blue springs is just a 3 exit city from the highway. Its not big at all.
the store definitely does not have their priority in order . parking cars , getting orders confused, long wait time. And the store isn't even busy picture for reference.
Horrible! We ordered 3 large fries, 4 single hamburgers with everything but cheese & a quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were soggy & weren't cooked all the way through. No flavor whatsoever. The hamburgers were dried out and served with the smallest sliver of pickle I've ever seen along with a few slivers of onion and a tiny squirt of ketchup. The quarter pounder with cheese was the same, dried out, a sliver of a tiny pickle & 2 tiny slivers of onion.l with a spot of ketchup. I only eat at McDonald's maybe once every few years, my niece wanted it for dinner & I caved in. I will not be back.
Put it clean and simple for y'all, ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese. The burger was cold and the bacon was nearly raw. Asked for a replacement and they refused, tried to argue about it. On another instance I ordered a 20 piece nugget fresh and got it hard and overcooked, clearly they dropped old nuggets in the fryer and tried to make it look fresh.
