This place is terrible! I made a mobile order and went to get it after waiting inside for 30 minutes I kindly asked about how much longer it would be and the very rude gentleman with blonde hair in a ponytail said ummm however long it takes then after waiting another 15 min so 45 total the same rude blonde guy proceeded to give my order to someone else when I FINALLY got my order almost AN HOUR later the food was trash didn’t even get my sauces I give zero stars and that gentleman needs a new job
Had to wait ten min on an order that was ordered like 20 min before. They had Three workers and no customers inside or at drive thru. I'm a door dash driver. It should have been ready when I got there!
The only reason I'm giving this place a one star is because we have to mark something. Yesterday we went there to get my Son a meal and a huge cockroach came with his drink. So disgusting, we will never go there again. I killed it and showed the guy at the window, we didn't even get an apology. I wanted to really act a fool, but I was in a hurry and my son was with me. They have the worse customer service ever and obviously they have a pest issue.
Worst food. It must have been left overs from the night before. 3rd time I have tried KFC this year and I am certain I will not ever go back.
Just bought a family 12 pice and when i get home i get chicken the size of wings pitiful the small pieces are 4 pieces of chicken compared to a normal size one never again go back i hope a manager sees this too
Happy and helpful staff, clean tables, got fresh and made to order wings, I had to wait a few minutes however it was well worth it! Will definitely be back for more
By the ti.e I got home with the meal, my chicken strip were hard around the edges and so were the biscuits. The Cole slaw was awesome!
The two pieces of chicken were old and dried out! Tried calling all evening with no answer! Last time I will ever go there!! I had even asked the young man if the chicken was fresh!!
Look, this location, when certain staff are not there... is great! There are literally absolutely lovely staff that are super nice and fast, always make sure I have the condiments I need, then there are some that are rude and slow and can't even bother to give you the food you ordered much less anything extra. When the nice staff are working the food is hot and fresh, coincidence? I think not. The unnecessarily rude staff will give you seemingly day old fries that are hard and stale, not even warm. So hopefully you go on a day with the nice staff, because this restaurant may not look like much from it's rough exterior, but it still serves that finger lickin good fried chicken and all their yummy sides. Also, the softest biscuits I have ever had from any KFC, was here.
Why is the inside even open? We stood around for a few minutes as everyone just looked at us, But never asked to take our order. It was like we were just a big inconvenience. Rudely took our order rudely threw it in the counter. Chicken sand was dry, and lukewarm...I think I will just drive 3 more blocks to Popeyes
