Went through the drive thru and once again told only taking door dash orders and not any drive thru orders because short staff! What would that even matter?!?! You should just close since Whataburger opened up across street with better service!

I would not work here as the population surrounding it is incredibly rude so my applause to the ones who show up. I don't need to come inside the building as I can easily order outside and the staff I have encountered are so nice; I see them once or twice a week for tacos and egg rolls!
The sign on the window of the drive through says 24 hours but never open 24 hours and McDonald’s and whataburger is keep up with the market covid is over let’s get back to business and serve the late night cravings and after bar crowd
It was good ? A bunch of people must like it because we had to wait like in a corner of the parking lot that a secerty guard told us to stay in until someone left. It's pretty expensive for hamburgers and fries but they are good.
Don’t waste your time! Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Wanted a quick stop off the interstate… it ended up taking us 20 minutes to get 3 burgers and fries. It turned out there was literally 1 person taking orders and making food. And, after we got back on the road, we realized 1 of our burgers were wrong. Just close the place if you can only get 1 person to run the restaurant!
I want to give zero stars so bad but the great people at google won't allow me to do so. Not only did the staff not show up to work until 11am but I was told that you couldn't accommodate a simple 20 taco order. Why are you still in business. That's the million dollar question and I wish long John Silvers was still here in Blue springs.
Yesterday system down can’t take your order. Today I ordered 12 tacos. And they said I can’t do that cause I’m here by myself. This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever seen. Why bother even opening? Ridiculous I’ll never go back
UNBELIEVABLE RUDE drive-thru guy. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. Obnoxiously rude from the beginning of our order to the final pick up. Middle of the afternoon with absolutely no other business, we were the only ones in the Drive-Thru so this guy was not being overworked. If he is that mad about having to be working instead of playing Xbox he should have handed the headphones to someone else. I bragged about this place to my parents who I can never get to go anywhere, what a disappointment. March 31st mid-to-late afternoon FYI if the real manager reads this!
peacefully. In today for a burger after working went to wash my hands I the restroom no running water in mens or women's restroom. So how do employees wash there hands after using the bathroom? I asked they use the kitchen sink. Jackson County health needs to pay them a visit
