Seating was quick, bypassing all seats up front and by windows to sit in the back. Once seated, no one acknowledged our group for quite awhile, until we requested assistance from another member of the staff. Although this was not her area this member took an interest and made herself available and took care of us (we never seen the hostess who was supposed to be responsible for our table.) Her efforts turned the tables of what was to be an unpleasant visit to one more tolerant. We did not get our new server's name, but she is a dark skined young women with long braided hair with a great attitude.
We hadn’t been to this ihop in a couple of years after having had issues in the past. I’m so glad we decided to try it again. Reggie the manager took such great care of us, got our order substitutions filled perfectly, and our food was out quickly and it was delicious! Wonderful experience and we will be back! Thanks Reggie!

the service at this IHOP is amazing! i do not remember our waitresses name but she had a lovely shade of pink hair ,the most friendly person on earth! the i hop was so clean ! it was a wonderful experience, everything was absolutely wonderful!
I’ve been craving ihop for some reason and ended up going to three different locations in the past two weeks. This location was by far the best. It appeared to be well ran, well staffed, and efficient. Reggie, our host and server was fantastic. Very kind, quick, and organized. Better than than some of your ‘gourmet’, ‘$$$’ spots!
I come here basically every Sunday and I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff (I usually end up with the same waiter-- Reggie) is so kind. Food comes out quickly and so do drinks. My only complaint is that sometimes the tables are sticky, but that happens when you're a restaurant focused on pancakes and syrup.
This location is so clean and nice. We had a great server and didn't ever need to request a refill because they were on top of it.
Got sat, took over 10 minutes for our waitress to come and get our drinks. Took 5 minutes to actually get our drink. Then took almost another 20 for her to take our order. There were only 2 other tables besides us woth people. We got there about 10:15am. Waitresses name was Alexis. Food was good. Didn't like the service. Very disappointing.
Walked in. Hostess was very polite and quick to seat me. Then I waited. 10 mins. Then I waited some more. 7 mins? Watched two other couples get seated and served drinks they ordered.The closest was maybe two table away. Then a 3rd customer was seated adjacent to my table. Order for drinks taken. That waitress completely ignored I was there. She was focused on the new customer....all together the staff failed to take any order of any kind from me in the 20 plus minutes I was there. I waited a few more minutes and walked out. Didn't say anything. Didn't cause a scene.... it was unfortunate ? not sure if I'll go back
