Went to drive through at blue Saturday July 23 at 9:30pm and no one would answer intercoms come to the window or door and did not answer the stores phone when I called. I could not see anyone inside. I called the lees summit location who was open and said blue springs should be open too and assumed they closed early. I pulled back around and saw three employees come from the back of the store. They saw me and ran to the back of the store. I pulled around three times just in case they were busy didn’t realize I was there or using the bathroom but they never came to help and I know they saw me. Lazy people who do not want to work.
Good food can tell it's real, also really nice servers, always fast and kind to their costumer's

Every time they get our order right and for a family of seven, that's a big deal. They're always sweet too even though I know it's stressful making a bunch of food in a short amount of time. My favorite place to eat and best customer service hands down.
Stopped in for a quick bite after work. Food was fresh and the staff here is very friendly, best Hardee's experience we have had in a long time!
The drive-through was quick, the chicken strips were fresh and hot, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 1/3 lb thick burger. Both sandwiches were not very big and I thought they were pricey for what we received. The taste was okay, but not something I would order again. I used to love Hardee's, but the quality is not what it used to be.

I ordered through doordash at this location and they can't even get the order right I don't really care if they get it right either
Horrible!! The fries were uncooked and there were very little in bag. Hardee's is one of the more expensive fast food places. I expect to at least get my money's worth. The burger was alright, but i order my mushroom & Swiss with extra mushrooms & didn't get extra mushrooms & was charged for them. I was very disappointed with this place. Never again will i go to this Hardee's!! ??
