I ordered three entrées and only received two and when I went back to pick up the third order she tried to say I was lying and wanted to charge me for a fourth entrée! I will never come back to this place again it continues to go downhill!
Food is horrible. Chicken taste freezer burnt, lo mien noodles are dry, chicken friend rice is not chicken friend rice. Would definitely not come back
Went in yesterday afternoon and ordered a regular shrimp fried rice a little spicy. Well when I got home to eat it the rice was soft and mushy. I’ve ordered from here many times since moving to Blue Springs and never had this problem. I called the restaurant back and spoke with a manager (I couldn’t go back to restaurant as my husband had left to work with the vehicle) who was nice and told me to take container back up there tomorrow (which is now today) and tell them what was wrong. Well I am not one for showing displeasure but when I tasted the batch they remade it tasted exactly the same. Mushy. I took it anyways and left because I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of waiting again or explaining again. You can look at the clumps of rice and tell they are stuck together by the mush. I think I will have to find another Chinese restaurant at this point.
Not worth the time .prices go up service goes down and the food so rushed u just end up with doughy fried chicken in some kinda sauce .
This has always been my to go place for Chinese food. They are very nice people and the food is pretty good. Tonight was a bit different. The staff was pleasant as always, but the chicken tasted off and slimy. I will still give them a second chance but I think maybe a look at your meat may be ideal. I get the same thing every time and today it did not taste right.
Covid has severely impacted this wonderful family business. They have GREAT food and very friendly/customer service orriention. Please support them during the reopening of KC in general.
Placed a big order but it was ready when promised. Good food and generous portions! Will go back again!!!
Normally have decent enough service, however, this occasion will be the last. Placed an order online just before 630, over an hour passes and no delivery, no call. I call only to be told they don't see the order but will check and call back. Call again an hour later to cancel the order bc I never received a call confirming or denying receipt of online order, and then get told it's on the way and my cards been charged. I explained it's been well over 2 hours, never got a call back, and I'm not even at the place I ordered from anymore. She then got very loud yelling there's only two people working, the delivery expectation is 2 hours, and she can't call everyone back who's got issues. Don't know too many people who want to wait that long for delivery, and know where on my order does it say expected delivery time of 2 hours, and I would have happily driven to pick it up if I had received a call back. If delivery is too much of a bind for the business then let the people know it's not currently an option, saving all parties involved time, money, and energy. I understand the frustration but not my problem, especially when you say you're going to do something. If online ordering is causing too many issues then rethink having that as an option. I hope others don't receive the same service.
I ordered take out there tonight. Both entrees were very flavorful, hot and ready when I arrived to pick them up.
This is possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I ordered the pork fried rice in the rice was soft and the pork was overcooked almost inedible. We ordered the orange chicken and there were several pieces of the orange chicken that you could not even put your fork through. That shows me that it was either overcooked or old and reheated. Lastly for the chicken and broccoli there was more broccoli than chicken. I ordered the dinner portions of all of these items and I only got lunch sized portions. I was very disappointed in the service and in the food from this restaurant.
