This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and it was fantastic. The bread is so fresh, it melts in your mouth. Compared to other Sub establishments, Firehouse is my new number one!
The sandwiches are very tasty and made to order. I use the app and the order is usually ready by the time I drive to the store.
Very good food and clean. Plenty of help. A great experience and our grandson introduced us to this place. Definitely will go again.
You will not find a better sub shop. The employee's here are friendly and seem to care about your experience. Food was hot and yummy! I have been eating here for years.
I am I am pretty new to Blue Springs and I wanted to try Firehouse subs when I came into your store at 9:00 9:30 p.m. I was told by the girl at the Cash register that the lobby is no longer open due to not having a lobby person as I'm looking at six employees behind the counter looking at me as though I was wrong for being in the restaurant in the first place I give you a one star I'm very disappointed and I will let others know.
I use the rapid rescue service, so my order is always complete and waiting for my pick up.
Too bad they don’t make their subs like they do at the Lee’s Summit location. Way too much mayonnaise, and we ordered extra meat, but didn’t get it. We also order a large chili for two, but got the size that comes with a small firehouse sub pair. Everything was totally disappointing. From now one, I will go to Lee’s Summit!
One word…delicious! I ordered the turkey bacon ranch and it did not disappoint. Warm, tasty and perfectly crafted. I believe I ordered an 8inch and it was more than enough.
Paid $1.20 for extra mushrooms and this is what I got look at picture. I'm so disappointed I've never had anything bad from them before. The sub was good just not what I paid for. Don't think I'll visit this one again.
I haven't been to Firehouse in ages. A family member was in too much pain to make dinner and wanted a sandwich from there, so I went for him. He said it was the best sandwich he ever had, and was thrilled with the portion size. He was very happy that I was able to add all the veggies to his sandwich. He will definitely have me go again, instead of going to "the other sandwich place" in town. I do miss all the sauce selections they used to have, but I understand the reasoning why they did away with it.
