I heard about the new keto pepperoni flatbread. Haven’t tried it yet but I wanted to share my experience.Julia is sweet and very professional. Didn't come for the food, however it's decent. What I'm more concerned with is current employees like Anna for example leaving obviously botched reviews as if she was a ordinary first time customer, and it's sort of alarming that scrolling through the reviews literally just about every single review that sounds like a group rehearsal is all directed specifically for a miss Julie, let's be real if an individual had such a substantial ability to make every guests feel the need to remember her name and go out of their way to leave a review specifically for her and in some cases employees doing the same thing this lady would not still be at fazolis with an assumable average crew member pay, makes me wonder what's really going on here. Who is it that you guys are owned by? Because your Independence and Lee's Summitt locations both say by Fazolis Systems Management LLC , Your website clearly at the bottom states @2022 Trademark of Fazoli's systems Management LLC like all other businesses web pages but for some reason in a couple previous comments and a website named buzzing I believe a UP Properties LLC a company of an alleged whole entire whopping four employees owns Fazolis and that Fazolis is there only location in this area, but like previously stated when I talked to your neighboring stores they both claim that your location is under the same ownership as there's...
And, within 30 seconds they went to one star. I pulled up to the drive through window as several of the employees were sitting on the floor laughing. Really? I need fresh food. Not food received after you sat on the floor. I gave you five stars not too many weeks ago. It's amazing how quickly that can change. ?Update...Have been in line more than 10 min... and not one car has moved. Argh! So much for being fast and friendly. ?Very friendly, fast, and the quality of their food is consistent! We never have to wonder if it will be good...it always is!!
The employees were SUPER helpful 1) curing my indecisiveness on what to get for dinner 2) telling me how I can save money on my breadstick obsession (er - I mean next trip to Fazoli’s) and 3) just generally brightening my day with smiles and friendly small talk. I love happy, helpful people. :)
I've had problems with wrong orders 2 times in the past 60 days. I wrote to Fazoli's Corporate site. I received a reply requested more info-which I provided and was promised a reply soon. I never heard back from them and sent another message. So, I only hear crickets and no response to my issue.
Wonderful experience here! Their chicken parm is honestly my favorite chicken parm dish. The cook Justin did a wonderful job making the dish. I wanted to make sure they knew how happy I was with the dish and the best breadsticks around and his manager Stephanie was so pleasant when interacting with her. Very welcoming and very clean place! I wish it was healthier so I could eat there more often but other than that, it’s perfect!
They have excellent service the employees are super friendly especially Keyley she was super helpful and super sweet! We will definitely be coming back!
Best fazoli s ALWAYS CLEAN, FAST and when I door dash they ALWAYS have it ready to go so I am always in and out! Great job to the team at this location!!
Very poor customer service. Person who took my order was very rude and pushy. I understand days are hard, but it’s still a job. You are serving customers and customer service is absolutely everything. It’s how customers come back.
Food is always good, but the 5 stars is for Julia…amazing salesperson…I was ready to buy whatever she suggested! Great job!
