Okay, let me just put this out there. I do not have a problem with foreign people, however, if you are going to own & operate a business in the United States where English is the prominent language, you need to be able to understand & speak English to take an order. I have been there numerous times since the management changed & it has been like this every time. Today, I had to pull up to the window rather than ordering over the speaker because she couldn’t understand me. That is pathetic. If this continues, it is going to make me not want to continue coming here.
new management is unfriendly and the service is horrible. how can dunkin donuts be out of donuts? if it was a one time thing it would be understandable but they are always out of everything. today i ordered a butter pecan latte in drive through, waited 10 minutes in line before getting to the window and the worker was giggling saying they’re out of butter pecan. they couldn’t have mentioned that before i waited in line? i have no idea how corporate hasn’t shut this location down yet theres something every time i’ve gone i will never go back
Ordered through the app and got stale donut holes that hardly tasted pretty dry. Iced coffee with 2 flavor shots of caramel was inconsistent with other Dunkin locations, but after reading some other reviews I guess I'm just glad mine tastes like coffee. Staff was courteous.
I feel really bad for the employees. They’re really nice and super sweet, but they get overwhelmed at small requests and seem to not be trained AT ALL. Communication is really difficult and it always seems short-staffed and very poorly run. It’s been like this since at least last summer when I moved to Blue Springs. Also, they’re out of basic items ALL THE TIME, ordering ahead does nothing because they have a huge pileup of online orders and wait to start your order until after you walk in. Every order is very frustrating for both the customer and the staff. I‘ve literally only gotten the correct order maybe 2-3 times since last summer, and I go there multiple times a month. I don’t know if the management or ownership is bad or what, but this store desperately needs more employees, better pay/benefits, and SO MUCH TRAINING.

Got some coffee and donuts this morning and the young girl was super rude not too mention you can’t hardly hear anything on their speaker. They are hardly open and hardly ever have any of the specials that they have advised. I’ll put my money on Scooters, Starbucks, and Lamars donuts before I come here again. They lost a loyal customer which made them a lot of money due to the fact I always do big orders when I go because I have a big family.
They were out of the maple doughnut I wanted so I ordered a strawberry. Along with some other doughnuts. Got home and they barely had any icing on them. The powered doughnuts didn't have any powder sugar. Very strange I've never been to a Dunkin that was as stingy about their food.

This morning was a great experience at Dunkin for me. I used to always come here on my way to work, but with in the past several months I stopped because I was always over charges and the coffee wasn't good. Today was a shocking surprise and if the customer service, coffee and payment stays this way I will be coming back much more often!! Dalton has come in and helped train the staff, whom have always been nice, and the coffee is good! He is making the right adjustments to help this Dunkin'! Just knowing I can pull in at 515 am and get a good coffee I will drink is a relief. This is the way any store should be ran! Keep up the good work and great customer service!
I would have never gave 5 stars 4 weeks ago. I stopped coming here , but decided to come again and I'm glad I did this new management has really did a 360 here the donuts are actually glazed and everything is so much better including the customer service if you had a bad experience before give them a try again it's way better. Thanks new management!
I honestly feel bad! I try to not complain and treat people like i would like to be treated but the communication is hard and they are not trained enough. I feel bad for the poor girls working there. If the app has offers (3 going on) they need to be aware and know how to apply them. I felt terrible when they didn't charge me for my coffee because of the misunderstanding but then gave me a coffee which was not what i wanted. I had to ask them to get me the right one and i again and again offered to pay for it. Dunkin is my obsession but it is frustrating every time i come here. There is a girl who is awesome i assumed she was the manager but now she's gone so it's back to trying to communicate and get what i want. They need to train their employees better and have an experienced manager at all times to deal with the issues.
