Couldn’t have been more pleased with Domino’s Pizza, especially this location! I needed 12 large pizzas (a variety) for my daughters birthday party on a Friday evening. I called the day prior to see what needed to be done for a large order and spoke to the most kind man. I placed my order for the following evening for a 5:15pm pick up time. I received notifications for my pizza tracker and my order (12 large pizzas on a Friday night!!) were ready for pickup at 5:09pm. Not to mention, the order was correct and per usual, tasted fantastic. Thank you domino’s pizza!!
No veggies available except spinach, banana and bell peppers. Was told the District Manager would be ordering. The 2 girls on-site were busy working very hard, under difficult conditions, I noticed needing to repeatedly explain this for phone, online and in-person customer orders. They did their best with what was available.
I ordered pizza tonight and they gave us someone else's order. The pizza that was delivered to us had pork on it, which my family can't eat for religious reasons. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before someone at the store finally bothered to answer the phone and refund us. Not so little as an apology.
Ridiculous wait timeExpect to be 50 - 65 minutes.It is currently 115 minutes, And counting …..I am appalled at the lack of communication on the stores side as they still have not contacted me to identify any issue with our orderNor do they answer their phonesIt feels like they have just taken my money and ran.

I’m usually a Papa Johns guy, my mother in-law wanted Dominos so we went for that tonight. I ordered $64 worth of food and wished I had snapped a photo of the food I got. All I’ll say is I had a pizza short, one was a medium not a large….I called up requested that it be re-made and I’d be up there with the old food. She insisted they’d have it sent out, no thank you. Went up and got my pizza and jalapeño pineapple chicken and right where she is cutting pizza are some cigs and a lighter…..smh….and I’m a smoker…..smh…..anyways….second go around with the food was amazing and delicious 5⭐️!!!!! Customer service (which ultimately drives revenue) 0 ⭐️‘S…….the situation could have been handled way way better. I never asked for a refund or my tip and delivery fee! Just wanted good food with good customer service in the case something went wrong.
You guys need to get a new oven. Your pizza is always undercooked and doughy. ? Lava cakes are fire though. Only reason you you guys aren't getting a 1 star. Thanks!
I've been sitting here for 10 minutes. The lady is working and came up front. I tried to order and she said I need to wait for the manager to get back, because she's not on the clock until 5:30. Said manager will be here soon. That was at 4:50.Meanwhile I'm watching her work and make pizzas so I'm not sure why she can't even take my order! You can make pizzas off the clock but not take an order?? I just need to place it so I can pick up my kids from daycare, then I could return and pick it up. Ughhh
Delivery said 33 to 44 minutes. Called an hour later and they said 15 more min. No apology no discount or refund. Waited 30 min more and driver pretended pizza was 'pretty warm'. It was cold. Got pizza at 8pm ordered at 630. Yuck.
This is the worst place they never answer the phone been calling for over a hour both times. Had to go to the store to order my food and when I got there the girl was doing nothing. So then I get it and get home and it’s hair in both pizza tried calling and be on hold for ever.
