The food was good, I DEFINITELY recommend going drive-thru only though. I did a mobile order not long ago and had to go in after waiting outside for 20min (I was on the phone and hadn't realized the time) and the 2 times I've been inside they forgot parts if NY order in a rush to get to the next customer. The burgers I got when I went inside also looked like the work if McDonald's employees ( the buns were in 2 different directions both kf which were nowhere near centered to the meat.
I've personally never been a big fan of Culver's. Took my kids here recently because we had a free kids meal coupon. When we went to order there was several employees behind the counter kind of just standing there, there was no line it was just me and my son, kind of just waited there until one of them finally noticed us. The whole order interaction was kind of weird the employee kind of seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, maybe he was new im not sure. The food was okay, like I said im not a huge fan of this place. Their icecream is pretty good though. It's by no means a bad place to eat, just not my thing.
First of all me and my friends went here after we were having a good time then we went outside and started dancing minding our own business . then they told us to move and we moved somewhere else secluded and we kept dancing and having fun. then that’s one of your workers flipped us off and that was very disrespectful and then the lady comes outside and says did you just flip one of our workers off even though we didnt do anything and then she’s yelling and screaming at us for no reason because we were minding our own business dancing and talking and laughing and on top of that your food is not even good it’s too greasy I could wear it as lipgloss that’s how greasy it is only one lady was nice to us and it was a girl with pink hair. I should’ve went somewhere else.
The chicken sandwiches are terrible. Chicken tenders very good, but the menu is a bit pricey but worth.
A fun restaurant to visit with family. Diner vibes, great soft serve and friendly staff.
The food was good, normal for Culver's. French fries as usual hit and miss for crunch and doneness as with most of their stores.
Delicious! The young lady that took our order was very nice. She even came to our table to make sure we got everything. Which they didn’t bring our ice cream but she went and got them and brought them to us. Fabulous!!!
terrible experience. ordered through the drive-thru & when i got home my food was not correct or cooked properly. went back to try & get a refund and apparently they have a no refund policy and instead refused to give me back my money or remake my food but instead gave me free coupons for my next visit which will never happen. beyond abysmal management. the assistant male manager was rude, called me multiple rude names & seemed to be somewhat racist and the main female manager stood there the entire time without saying anything or introducing herself to me or letting it be know she was his higher up. needs to be corporatized.
Cod fish absolutely delicious. But need to teach kids how too take orders. Got billed for the wrong order.
I was just at this Culver's today and was helped out by Madison. I got a free ice cream coupon for ordering a kids meal. When I went to oder I asked for the flavor of the day. With out realizing it I actually meant to order vanilla. She quickly adjusted to my request and over heard that I was going to make a root beer float and decided to make it for me. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future!
