Place has a lot of seating room so there is little to no wait time, buffet was very very good and price is amazing. Had chinese and mexican food, also had sushi and hibachi grill, definitely recommend this place!
The "sushi" bar is visible from the front door and while paying (you pay prior), I got a unimpressive, foreshadowing glimpse of what I was about to experience. However, I elected to give it a shot anyway, in hopes I might find something worth the trip.... I did not.I tried bites from a wide variety of offerings and did not take a second bite of anything (I had to spit the General Tso chicken back into my napkin). I did not even try the sushi, because I was worried how long it had been there. Overall, everything was not fresh (had sat hours) and it all simply didn't taste good.I understand that nothing spectacular is to be expected in these type of (American) Chinese buffets, but with the largest Chinese buffet in KC a mile down the road, this establishment has to step it up. Please do better.
Never going back. Sad food offerings. A lot of food was cold. Many tasteless entrees. Floors were very dirty and we arrived around 5 when the restaurants was not crowded. Plenty of time to sweep the floor. Steamed dumplings were dry and cold. The only good thing was the soup. We won't be back.
I enjoy Asian cuisine and at China Town you will leave full if you're not picky. Unfortunately, like so many Asian buffets, it all starts to taste the same.
We each took a few bites and left. Food looked good but tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. Not a fan at all.
My family and I love this place amazing food and The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly especially the woman upfront she is absolutely amazing always has a smile on her face so friendly my daughter loves to go there she has every night to go there just so she can say hi to the lady I moved from California and my husband and I found this and we love it we try and go at least twice a month or more definitely yummy food and very clean
Extremely limited food selection. Everything was either over or under cooked. Teriyaki chicken was dry but drowning in watery sauce. Fried shrimp was raw. The iced tea tasted like soap. There was a strong pungent floral smell coming out of the bathroom and when one of my kids went to go use it they immediately walked out and told us the bathroom was disgusting. They were quick to pick up and wipe down tables when people left and I did see them wiping the buffet often.
This location is amazing, all the food is well cooked, the lo mien is phenomenal and I enjoyed everything else inhad there as well. I like their selection of drink, the horchata was an unexpected but very welcome option
I ordered to go and the food made me and my boyfriend sick. I got beef and broccoli and it was so salty. I'm pretty sure we got old food.
the food here taste terrible, the potatoes were not cooked all the way the floor lookes disgusting like it haven't been moped at all ,the tables are sticky, the napkins smell like they been in the storage room /wet basement. the bathroom are nasty. its disappointing tbh
