The customer mer service was terrible, the girl at the counter was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering food. The generals chicken had almost no chicken, it was just breading with sauce and tasted absolutely horrible. The fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce, I will be going back asking for a refund it was so disgusting my daughter spit the generals chicken out of her mouth gagging. I thought she was being dramatic until I looked at it and found there was no chicken. Would not recommend, 0 stars. I think the good reviews are probably fake because anyone that tasted this generals wouldn't call it food.
Worst food I have ever "tried" to eat. Fried rice just rice w soy sauce. Generals chicken. Chunks and chunks of it were fried breading. It smelled horrible and tasted worse. Ordered 2 orders. Big mistake. Had to spit out the breading. 1st time ordering. Never again. Will return tomorrow as i have cut up the"supposed" chicken" to find nasty breading throughout. Counter girl was obviously "put out" to have to step away from her electronics and stand at the window, roll her eyes and treat us like dirt. Horrible!!!!
Don't let the 3.8 stars turn you away. Was looking for a local place offering egg foo young since my go-to Mr. Hibachi doesn't offer it and I don't like China One. Overall satisfied!
food yummmyyyy. Affordable and got a lot more than expected. It tastes real and fresh and people were so nice. Will definitely go here again.

Found hair in my food they wanted proof. Doordash was good ! But China kitchen argued with me about it. Why should door dash pay for this. It was in my shecwan shrimp. Nobody in this house has black hair. It was also delivered in a brown bag with a plastic bag outside of it. No way the delivery person had contact. Shame on you China kitchen. Mistakes happen. You response was very poor. Here is your proof.

I ordered here from DoorDash when I realized I needed another order of rice. I called them and paid for another order of rice over the phone and they agreed to send it with my DoorDash order. My order was delivered without my additional order of rice, so I called and requested a refund. It took a minute for them to understand my explanation which was to be expected due to the language barrier. But all and all, I got my money back and the customer service was great. That’s the only reason I gave 3 stars, because the fried rice was very bland and the shrimp was mushy. I would however recommend their sesame or generals chicken.
The food here is really good. I used to love the Hunan Chicken I had at another sit-down restaurant for almost 30 years, but I actually like it a lot better here. If I could change anything, I would change how they're doing their pickup now. You are literally in a bubble of plastic to keep contact-free. Even in this age of Covid, I think this is going overboard. But worth it for the food.
