My first experience at this location was anything but fast or pleasant. The individual working the drive-thru was very unprofessional, possessed a very sour attitude, and just seemed out of touch with the customer service tenets and expectations. Beyond the terrible attitude, for what is supposed to be a "fast food" restaurant, this experience was anything but fast. From ordering to receiving my food, it took approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Let me note that I was only one of two cars in the drive thru at that time and the inside was not busy either. I would have completely understood if they had actually been busy, but that simply was not the case. The food was okay, but I have experienced far greater food quality and overall experiences at other locations in various states. I believe the entire staff could benefit from some form of customer service or time management training, perhaps even both. No one seems to be working in unison at this location, but rather everyone appears disjointed and operating at their own respective paces.
I understand being short staffed and all, but when there is only one car in the parking lot at 7:45 pm on a Sunday night and it takes 5-10 min for anyone to address you at the drive thru speaker? Then I spend almost $12 on a Bacon King combo only to find the Diet Coke completely flat and the biggest complaint, no bacon on my Bacon King. I would have gone back except I had an appointment I was going to. I was happy when this restaurant came to our area of town but after several visits and experiencing crazy wait times and lackluster service/wrong items, will be avoiding it in the future.
Saw the guy making my burger eating a burger with the same gloves just a minute before. And apparently they let the homeless hang out here cause this is the 2nd and definitely last time I witnessed it.
Who is the owner of this quandary? To ask for a manager proved me foolish. Short story, 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru. 8 minute wait. When I reached speaker, I sat there for 3 minutes withouit 1 single word. I eventually said " hello " and someone came on the speaker to say, " sorry we are understaffed and our lobby is full also ( looking around parking lot, precisely, 1 car in the entire lot ) I will be with you in a minute". 4 minutes later I placed my order for, double Jr. Whopper combo with mustard, lettuce and tomato only. Dr Pepper and a small vanilla cone. At window I was handed a Dr Pepper & a vanilla coke. I handed the Coke back and said " I ordered a small cone. I was told, "sorry, ice cream is not available". She walked away. 4 minutes later returned to window and handed me my bag and said thank you. I asked for a refund for the vanilla Coke and was told let me check to see if we have ice cream. When she returned she explained she could run some in a cup. I drove away. Returning to my office, I found a SINGLE Jr. Whopper loaded with ORIGINAL SAUCE, PICKLES & ONIONS lettuce & tomato. Cold. So I paid for a burger I didn't order, a Coke, I didn't order and didn't get the cone I did order. I was told thank you as I drove off.
I walked in the EMPTY lobby to order food; there was no acknowledgement that I was standing in front of the counter. I watched whoever it was take 3 orders and hand them to customers without her saying a word to me. I felt super disrespected so I walked out. Worst experience in a fast food restaurant. Wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE
I have been to this Burger King two times this week and they have not been open at scheduled hours. Therefore my experience was not getting any service at all and being forced to go to QuikTrip for breakfast or McDonald's
We attempted to go thru the drive thru on a Saturday night about 10 p.m. and after 15 MINUTES WAITING for someone to take our order we were informed that they didn't we're out of everything that we were trying to order!
Placed a mobile order through the app. Drive thru was taking foooorevvvva. Went inside to pickup order and it still wasn't ready. This place definitely doesn't have their act together. There were fries all over the dining room floor, a kid (10yo?) behind the counter, and just general caos from other complaining guests.
Wish I could show a picture of my sandwich tonight. Not all included as menu says. Tomatoes and lettuce must be too expensive to put on sandwich. Never ever had a problem from this location but guess going somewhere else.
Wow just ordered burger kings new whopper melt, I put it behind me that i waited 15 minutes the only one in line, said it's OK that my toasted bun was pure white. But into it and it's raw thanks burger King Blue Springs Mo, woods chapel rd
