Management and 75% of the crew are Top Shelf! This location does just about EVERYTHING right! Friendly, fast, and if they make a mistake, they make up for it. ??✌
Went inside and they had a special going on. Two meals for 10 bucks. Pretty good deal.
Most of the time they get your order wrong, and I was here recently and the only nice one was the manager. Too many impolite and non customer oriented kids working there. Need some training in customer service. Went in to have my order fixed and they instantly blamed it on me as if it were my fault. Like seriously? No, if you got the order right, I wouldn't be coming in your store to have it fixed. I was even nice about it even though I'm getting fed up with them. Going to the new Woods Chapel one from here on out. They are all super friendly and have never gotten an order wrong. ✌It's a bummer because I used to love coming here.
