I have been stuck sitting in the drive thru for literally 25 minutes. Cars are sitting at the window to get their food for an extreme amount of time. This is unacceptable. You need a drive thru escape route! Too long to wait!
No one can top Arby's cheese sticks, not even restaurants. Trust me I've tested a lot. The price and taste doesn't compare to no one. I've been enjoying their mozzarella sticks for years and the only thing that changed was the price.
Service was a little slow due to under staffing. I don't hold that against the hard workers there.I had my first chicken bacon jalapeño wrap. It was fantastic!Also the salted Carmel chocolate chip cookie.
I'm not american and it will be my first time and last time here!! your staff laughed at my accent when i try to order a drink. So terrible!
Food was good and the employees were customer service oriented and very friendly. I feel your very fortunate to have employees of this caliber.
Hours are not as advertised on website or Google page (supposedly updated by the company 6 days ago?). Went by around 9:30, all lights are off and parking lot is empty, Arby’s website and Google both say open until 10:30.Not the first time this has happened at this location. Wonder if corporate is aware their stores are closing early?
Restaurant is often closed at random times without any notice on the door and without having the drive-thru blocked. Very inconvenient. Employees have been friendly, but lately have messed up orders. Today, I ordered a Diet Coke, but received a Dr. Pepper. Too bad. The location is convenient, but I won't be back.
Today was my experience horrible. Food was definitely not a fresh. Fish overcooked, dry. Beef sandwich awful gray color. I was always happy with this place and people who work in. Today was food awful, trash and service low grade. Definitely not going back here.
Dining room was closed (I think permanently for COVID based on the sign on the door). They had quite a long line in the drive-thru but it was rather fast. Also the staff was polite in waiting for us to figure out what we wanted. (My friend got an important phone call RIGHT as we pulled up to the speaker and we had to make them wait a few seconds)
We didn't get the big sandwich we ordered we got the ones under that but they told us to come back in so one day we're going to have to make it back over there
