Our server was Tracey H. She made our visit extremely enjoyable! She is amazing, funny, very personable, and was a delight. If you visit this location during the lunch service, ask for her by name. You won't be disappointed.
I don't have enough words for how great this place is. But primarily, what motivated me to write this review was the bartender, Lisa S. (I got her last initial because I wanted you to know who I'm talking about). This woman is incredible. She's been with this company at this location 18 years, and it runs as well as it does because of her. I hope this place knows what a gem they have. She is the sweetest lady and will make you feel like a special customer. She makes great drinks, works hard and has amazing service, and I would come back just for her. It's so rare to find a great person that will go out of their way to connect with customers. Thank you for the great experience Lisa!
Waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Took our gluten free request seriously and the kitchen staff accommodated well. Chicken strips and burgers were a hit. Would recommend if you were in town.
Food was great. The waitress took our order incorrectly. We ordered off the lunch menu and she wrote down the regular menu food. Simple mistake that was quickly taken care of.

Food was good but came out cold the first time. After they remade the food it was good. Had better service in lees summit. Wasn't busy so no real reason for cold food and the server was timid and shy.
The steak I ordered for my kids had like a large vein or artery running through it. I asked that the steak be taken off my bill and they did so. I've just never seen anything like this before nor had the waitress.
There were 10 of us. Our wait was about 40 minutes which was not a big deal on a Sunday afternoon right after church. We sat, got our drinks and appetizers,& food in a timely manner. Our service and food was good. We'll definitely be back.
We frequent 54th Street usually once a week and have had awesome servers, however we've had some not so awesome.This last visit was a last minute bite to eat, the wife says the only reason we go there is for the daiquiri not the food.Brooke was our server, did ok...nothing special and room for improvement with personality. Placed our order and in between placing the order and it arriving the wife decided to have the strawberry daiquiri. After the food arrived and maybe 5 more minutes Brooke stopped to let us know the machine wasn't working right but she would bring it as soon as she could.When it came it was a joke, some crushed ice in the middle floating in some peach colored substance. One drink and you could tell it was very very lean on alcohol if at all. So the wife ordered a margarita (after all, it's pre mixed and difficult to mess up). 5-7 minutes later, after we both finished our meal the margarita arrived at the same time as the check. What a disappointment.Just not a very good server. Next time we'll ask who's section they want to seat us in and decide if we want to wait longer for a better server.Yes, room for improvement there.
