I remember why I don't go there very often. Expensive. Service ?
I came through the drive through sunday April 3rd at 9:18 pm i'm all about customer service and first impression and Trey or Tray Is a very good employee and needs to be noticed about he is very welcoming on the head set when you're trying to order and I forgot my card and downloaded Apple Pay he was very professional and very easy going more people in the fast food industry to be more like him I appreciate the good service buddy you earned my late night snack business ?
One of the chocolate shakes was liquid and warm the other was kinda cold a a bit more solid, asked for a chocolate dipped cheesecake and got a strawberry one. Everything else was good, shrimp bites are amazing
Order was incorrect multiple times in my last few visits. Quality of food was low. Ex. Soggy/cold fries, warm, not hot, burgers.
You can't go wrong with a delicious belly bombers, cheese fries and orange soda.
Dining room closed. Ordered on the app only to find out I have to wait in a 30 minute drive through line to pick it up. Now it’ll be cold and we’ll be late. I’m sure you’re understaffed, but there has to be some sort of system for mobile orders that’s better than this.
Service was good, drive thru was fairly quick. The food was hot and fresh. The chicken sliders were tasty. The chocolate shake though was not very good. It's very airy and huge - if you get it then get a small....trust me!
The overnight crew rocks the girl at the line and who takes orders rocks the manager at night rocks I'd give credit to people who work hard and make things fresh he always has a shirt that says family on but I appreciate you guys a lot of people don't give respect to fast food restaurants thanks
Do not recommend the 1921 slider unless you don't care for the toppings it's suppose to have. This location is a real sad sack of a white castle
It was freshly made and not long of a wait and really good food
