Just in General Wendy's has the best burgers, I don't believe they have ever messed up my order or forgotten condiments or any of the other annoying things most places do habitually. The food is always fresh even the Fries (again seems hard for most places to accomplish) the desert menu could be more but competing with their Frosty wouldn't be easy anyway ?
COVID-19 seems to be in the rear view mirror yet the dining room is still closed. Go through the drive thru and they mess up your order and you either wait in a line for 30 minutes or more while the rest of your food gets cold or just deal with what you got. Today, 3/13, we get half way home and realize none of the fries are in the bags, circle back and the line is around the building with no quick way to fix the issue. Until they open the dining room I'm done giving them business.
Google maps and Google say drive thru is open till midnight, I went there tonight at 1009pm drive thru was closed per staff and board light was off as well. So adjust drive thru times or maybe have your employees do there job!c

Pretty good. Very quick. They forgot my extra butter, otherwise I would have 5 stars. But they are the 1 place I hit up anytime I'm in the area.
The order was actually right. That is saying a lot. Fast, pleasant and I love how they put each meal in its own paper bag. Wendy's is now in my top 5 favs with healthy salads available unlike McDonald's.
Y'all should lower the price of your junior bacon cheeseburger if its going to be cold and stale literally every time I go there
Ordered a classic chicken Asiago club, no lettuce, no tomato through door dash. It was wrong first delivery around. I pretty much received a chicken patty on a bun with a drop of ranch. I called door dash to have the sandwich re-sent out because a chicken patty on bread is bland and tasteless. I then called the store itself and spoke to whom I assume is the shift lead/ manager. They did not say thier name. I had called just to request that the sandwich be made correctly with bacon, Asiago cheese, and ranch and for them to please assure this. They seemed rushed and a little confrontational. Which with how short staffed they are I can understand the rushed part. However I didn't warrant the confrontational attitude, it was basically a phone call of what do you want, how can I get you out of my hair? Which isn't the way you want to come across to customers. If this was the first time I'd have had a chicken sandwich remake issue over the request of no lettuce, or tomato I wouldn't even bother with a review. But this is the 4th time this mistake has been made. The Managers less than pleasant attitude was just the cherry on top. I really do hope that they get the staffing the need to better handle the rushes they have. I know the restaurant industry is struggling to meet customer expectations. Best of luck to them.
Alright, see photos relative to why this is a 3 star. Also, Gina, the manager who was filling in from another store, took care of me no questions asked. That's how it's done folks. Someone messes up, boss lady fixes it. Thanks again Gina! Supposed to get a DOUBLE BIG BACON CLASSIC, and got whatever that is in the picture.
The person taking our order was awesome, patience and very kind. The food was great and the buns on our burgers ? were really fresh.
