Great waffles! Easy and fast dinner.
The food was fine. I mainly wanted to come here and talk about the employee that lended a hand during a tough time while I was eating at your restaurant. For some reason unknown, I was started having a panic attack while eating my meal. I felt like I was choking and couldn't breathe. I stepped outside to try and get fresh air. I was noticably freaking out. One of the employees came out and seen what was going on. I truly felt like I couldn't breathe. She had me sit down and talked me through to get me back to reality. I believe her name was Laz , but I could be wrong. I just know she brought me out of panic mode, was very caring, and took her time to calm me down when she didn't have to. She wasn't even serving my table. I have no complaints about my waiter or the food, but this act of kindness stuck out to me more than I can explain. It may not seem like a big deal to other people, but that was one of the nicest things a stranger/restaurant worker has ever done for me. I will definitely come back to this establishment not just because I had a good experience being served, but because you hire caring and compassionate people that do something for their customers that aren't within their scope of work but can still give them a great dining experience. Thank you so much.
The waitstaff were extremely friendly and attentive. Our server had an excellent sense of humor! A great experience!
Terrible customers service was put on hold to place a to go order and was on hold for 20mins. No one picked the phone up so we are going else where.
The employees are so awesome. Xander and Taylor are the coolest dudes around and their service is incredible. They go above and beyond. Love this location so much and the food is always bomb.
Great food!!! My cook, Kyle, made my entire order perfectly in the middle of making a few orders, Great service from our server Raymond as well. I asked for a carry-out order because his waffles were spot on.
Great food! Great service with yummy breakfast foods! Moderately priced n not pricey like their competitors.Thank you ladies n gentleman for a great breakfast n great time. Very pleasant atmosphere.
I used to work at Waffle House, and I want to applaud our server (Sam) for being so friendly, and good with my kids last night. The cook who was wearing a rockstar grill operator hat (the highest level you can be as a cook) was also wearing a very large pair of headphones, which made him not be able to hear the server call the order right. My husband ordered over medium eggs, and got scrambled eggs, which is no big deal. Our server asked the cook to re-make the eggs, and the cook looked at us, and shook his head. I asked our server if there was a manager we could point that out to, and turns out the cook was the assistant manager. I would be livid if my cook did that to one of my tables. No complaints from the service here, but management needs to be more professional.
It was a bit dirty and hard seeing the servers literally do everything. Service was amazing props to the servers for running the place. AND MANAGER WAS A COMPLEAT DUD
