Pasta house is a little on the pricey side. However It is kinda worth it with the portion size free bread rolls and the food is delicious. It's always good to me. Highly recommend.

Awesome server and great food , was hot and perfect and quick service

Great service, friendly people. Very welcoming. Food was excellent. I recommend it anytime. Mike was great as a bartender I ate at the bar service was wonderful. They were a little slow so I ended up talking to everybody. Jerry was a hoot. He's a regular that goes in there all the time

We had a very large group after our granddaughters First Communion . Our waiter was very good. He did everything that could be expected and kept his smile and great attitude while bringing everything we wanted ,Quickly and correctly. Thank you so much for the way we were treated today. And everyone was so happy with the food.

Had an excellent server named Paige. She was prompt, friendly, and very attentive. Our beverages were always topped off. The dinner rolls were delivered to our table hot.We enjoyed the Grande salad with the Pasta House vinegar and oil dressing. Paige gave us the best service that we have ever had at this location. Thanks Paige.

We frequent this Pasta House and the food and service are always very good. On a rare occasion we have had a issue a manager will come in without even having to request to speak to them ans quickly make the situation right. Their customer service is fantastic.

We have always enjoyed this location. I have given them rav reviews during covaid. However tonight was a supreme fail. Where do I start?1-waiter not trained lost. Does the manager help him NOT! Not waiters fault! Still tipped him huge.2- Food salads- brought 4 to the table stacked on top of each other. Yes stacked the salads underneath each other —contaminated. Sent back pretty sure just put on new plates. Gross is an understatement! Hope we don’t get sick.3- Dinner fish breaded burned. Pasta swimming in oil disgusting. Again Hope don’t get sick.4- requested drinks napkins refills many many times waiter forgot! Again no training, no manager to help!Such a great place in the past - we won’t be back and this was a slow Monday night !Hope the owner reads this and hears us! Because we were regulars. Fix it!

Great pizza, hard to beat in Jefferson County. Service left a bit to be desired, most likely new employee like just about everywhere. Wife had chicken parmigiano, it was very good she said. Salad is usually pretty good too, and it was.

Not good on Friday night, quick to get a table and cheerful waitress. Too long to get our drinks and way too long to get our food. I am celiac and ordered gluten free noodles with my chicken fettuccine. The food finally came out and my wife's was steaming hot but as I touched my plate I could tell it was lukewarm. Back to the kitchen it went. Came back almost hot. Then I noticed that the cream sauce was tasteless and runny. The noodles were undercooked and the style of noodles odd as they were the spiral noodles. While I totally understand that restaurants typically only have one type of gluten free noodles they usually have mostaccioli style and they are the best at sopping up the sauce. No taste at all and I had to pay for a salad because it didn't comeescibed with my order and I thought all your pasta dishes came with a salad. So 17.99 and 5.99 for a salad and it was as described. On top of that my wife's beer was 7 dollars. You've reached the tipping point with me.

I attempted to place a to go order to no avail. Waited on hold for almost 5 minutes and then when I said I wanted to place an order to go was placed back on hold again. After several more minutes I hung up and called back, again on hold over 5 minutes when I started placing my order they repeated item I never asked for and then our call was disconnected. Needless to say I gave up on them and went elsewhere without having to waste another 10-15 minutes to order. Not real good service
