Not happy with the kiosk if I wanted to be a waitress I would get a job for one. Not user friendly just like when you order online can't specify exactly what you want. Manager sitting over at a table wrapping up silverware what a joke. Want to know do I get a discount for ordering thru the kiosk?? Just like all the other stores I don't get paid ot get a discount for checking myself out.
This Steak & Shake is kinda far from the area I generally report, but those crispy hamburgers on a grilled buttery bun were just amazing. Steak and Shake burgers are are awesome and they were prompt and timely with my to go order, even with a crazy long drive thru line and a full dining room.The staff did a great Job.
Yikes. Just yikes. I tried to order one bacon, cheese, and bbq sauce burger along with my other food and they thought I said 3. I corrected them and said just one of that burger. I tipped $3 at the window because I thought to myself I was the one being difficult and then they all started laughing with each other once she announced to her coworkers that I tipped her. Looked in the bag and it was the completely wrong burger, not even cheese on it. Pickles, onions, etc. I think they all unanimously decided to give me a throwaway burger and then laughed at my kindness. Ouch. Not going back ever. Good food otherwise though, I guess.
They don't even have table service anymore. You want to talk to a person... Good luck. Everything that set Steak'n Shake apart from the regular old fast food places is gone. Absolutely no reason to eat here anymore.
Awesome service, burgers were the best, and the fries just as good. Had a great selection of everything to order. Want to talk about clean, one of the cleanest restaurants in the fast food industry. I'd go back a hundred times to eat there...
Ordered dinner for 9 of us online. By the time I arrived my order was waiting for me. Entire order was correct. Timmy at the counter was super friendly!!!
I was craving steak n’ shake one evening while in the St. Louis area. As I was driving south, I saw one on the Google map but realized it closed at 10pm and it was 1030pm. I saw on my Google map that I passed one about 10min ago that was open until midnight. My need for a tasty burger and shake overcame the desire to “stay the course”. I turned around and drove back… After a short wait in the drive-thru, I was met with a smile and happy candor. I received my order and went on my way, so much happier I now had that tasty burger, unique fries and yummy shake. My large Coke was the size of Mount Everest and I would probably go into a sugar coma if I drank the whole thing. Great food and service!
Happy hour has changed. No more kids chicken strip meal or under $4. No more steakburger seasoning.
Delicious food, but no social interaction with the staff, no server you do it all yourself.Not a fan of the new style of service.
So I ordered 3 shakes last night for delivery, it says my order was delivered but I never got my shakes. I try and call the number to the store, it rings once then disconnects the calls. I am owed a refund here or some replacement shakes. I don't know where the driver delivered to but hope someone enjoyed our shakes. Highly disappointed here. There should be a zero rating for this store.
