Love the staff here, they are always very friendly and in a happy mood. It is probably the only place where I ve been going to for years and never was given the wrong order or had issues with my order. The line is usually about 8-10 earlier in the day but not in the morning.

WORST. DRIVE. THRU. EVER. No joke, the line is a total mess. No one can get through, the line is out in the street regularly. The city should never have allowed this horrible design to be built the way it is. They never have online ordering turned on, never have uber delivery available. I hate that this is the only starbucks around. Fenton, sunset hills, all great starbucks. This one close to me is horrible.

Lana went above and beyond for me! Gave me so many recommendations on drinks she thinks I would like! I would absolutely come back if she was still here!! P.s she makes drinks better than the manager so do what you want with that information:)

Yesterday, I had gone to the Starbucks off of 141 and 44...they had made my drink (Venti Iced Carmel Macchiato with Blonde Espresso, no milk add sweet cream with light ice and extra Caramel drizzle...and it didn't taste quite right. So on my way, I stopped at my home Starbucks (Arnold). I told them what happened, showed them the drink, and they happily remade it. The girl in the drive thru...was super sweet/kind about it. The team made sure they nailed the drink and boy did they!! I've been going to this Starbucks for years now and absolutely love the employees. They are kind no matter what...and to be kind with all the changes in the last few years can be hard. LOVE YOU GUYS. ?

This is my spot! The baristas at this location are the bomb.com! Love these folks and their fast efficient work. There can be a line of 20 cars and I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Then when I get to the window, it's nothing but pleasantries and smiles. Literally brighter days because if the positivity that radiates from this location. Thank you all for what you do, it's not just coffee it's the amazing people that keep bringing me back!!

Lana was great! Not sure why there are so many negative comments. She was very sweet and recommended me a great drink since I was new to Starbucks.

One of your employees by name of Lana is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She searched for my friend’s social media accounts simply to harass and insult her over a complaint from a bad experience at this location. She also told my friend to kill herself. Hire better people. This was unacceptable. I will not visit this location in the future.

I will NEVER support a business that employs and DEFENDS staff that hunts down & harasses customers online. That is insane & NOT appropriate. I can’t WAIT for this location, & Lana Romine, to get cancelled.

This store used to be great, even when it was short staffed, but lately it’s been god awful. I witnessed some staff members go out of their way to harass a customer over a COMPLAINT about mobile orders. She looked her up on social media (she’s refusing to admit how she got her name) The staff member violated customer privacy after the issue was already handled.Beyond unprofessional staff & management at this store. Sad that this company allows staff to tell customers to “Kill themselves”.As you can see, i’m not using my real name just in case they want to search for my social media pages to harass me too.

they refused to give me my order because it was “too complicated” and gave me black coffee instead and then charged me an inconvenience fee of $3,000. also lana called me and my cat ugly, id rate a 0 if i could ☹️
