Really gross, I don't usually leave reviews often butI had to because it was awful...really really bad. I was stopping through because it was the only thing open... And I've always heard people talk about the fries so I decided to try it and the fries were literally dripping soggy and grease they tasted like they were 6 hours old . Even the sprite that I got there tasted so funny I don't know i Can't describe you what was wrong with it it was just off tasting. I just wanted to be able to eat the food that I paid for instead of having to throw it away I'm gonna throw it away it was a waste of 8 bucks. I would have called But it was like 1:00 in the morning and I figured there's no management there anyway Plus I hate being "that"customer... Super disappointed I'll probably never go back to another ralliys ever again...I wanted to eat... I'm hungry..
Super fast service and the new chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks made with the fry seasoning is awesome.
Don't deliver food for these guys. They did not have the order ready that was pre placed 20 minutes before I arrived. On top of that, I watched them fill order after order for the drive-thru before fulfilling my Uber eats order
I've never gotten a correct order from this location. I just paid 9 dollars for a Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher meal and it had no bacon on it. I always go on my lunch, leaving no time to fix my order. The fries are always extra greasy and the ladies are super rude, interrupting you before you can even say your order. My chicken was also extremely old and more than likely should have been thrown away hours ago.
They're new seasoned chicken strips are sooo good! The service was good and it didn't take long to place our order & get our food
They have been short staffed lately, but the crew there always gets my food correct and fast.
The food was fast and correct. The employees weren't chatty or especially friendly at the window, as usual. Still the best fries anywhere.
2nd time we have got food that was not good figured the first was just a fluke. This establishment has went down hill alot
Has that great traditional Rally's taste.. they are pretty quick also and nice customer service always friendly
Door Dash pick up. Line was long in drive through. They closed the lane for online order pick ups. Very slow, especially in the evening. I try to avoid this place.
