I’m a huge Qdoba fan but this location is just really poorly managed compared to others in the STL area and sadly it’s been that way for some time it does not matter if you order online or in person your burrito is going to look like let’s put together by somebody does not care and it’s going to taste like it too. I’m dumb and keep giving this place another chance but it’s always the same

Impossible taco bowl was amazing and vegan. Staff was friendly and helpful on vegan options. Would definitely recommend.

While I completely understand every business is struggling to keep employees, the new employees that are hired need to have a bit more training. The bowl that I ordered was comically small. This is the first time I've ever considered asking for a refund from a restaurant. Qdoba, do better.

Food is always good and fresh. It was a little weird watching 4 staff prepping in the back ground while the new guy ran the counter by himself. But it was a little slow so I get it. I'd still recommend it overall.

Always good. Always fresh. Always fast. Wish it were about $2 cheaper, or some kind of rewards maybe I don't know about. But definitely a quality establishment.

Food is great, but the past several times I've gone the food portions have been greatly reduced than previously. Now I have to constantly ask for more of the portion. Just now I've got charged twice as much simply for trying to get the same amount of steak that I was given before. I tried explaining to the cashier that I asked for more because the new staff member was only giving me a few pieces, but I in no way expected to get charged double steak. I don't think I'll be returning. It sucks cause the food is good, but I can't spend $14 on $7 worth of food every time I go.

Food is just ok, always super understaffed. Employees aren’t super friendly, I always order online and pick up, check your bag EVERY time because something is always missing.

Best Customer service ever They made sure my burrito was wrapped perfectly and since it took so long they just made my whole meal free

I have never been there when it was busy but it seems almost impossible to get the staff to wait on you. Case in point, just left there picking up a grubhub order and I saw 7 employees. One cooking, one with a customer, one washing dishes, one on her phone, one just holding a broom, one walking around in the back and one start to walk up to me then walk to the back. All I needed was one of them to hand me a bag that was on a shelf and I still waited 10 min. It's like this every time.

Always good, with freshly made food. This place is getting a great reputation for an inexpensive lunch and can get swamped with business! Always first rate
