Lindbergh location messed my order up. I live 20 minutes away from that exact location but this location is local and I called them and they replaced my cookies! I don't write reviews often but the guy Chris I believe his name was and a woman named Casey. You guys rock that's how managers are suppose to treat their customers! I will skip my coupon for st Louis locations just to come here for the warm welcoming employees! 5 stars
Went to this location on a Sunday. There was only 3 staff and they where busy. I forgot to ask for no tomato on mine and my husbands food. When I realized it has tomatoes I asked to have it made with out. There was still several orders in front of us so the had forgotten, my fault! So food had tomatoes and my husband is allergic. They did not think twice they took the food back and re-made it thank you for your great customer service!
Awesome food! I stopped for a delivery close to the place an decided to walk over and try it and I’m glad I did
The food was good. However the prices are unbelievable! $35 for 2 subs, 2 drinks and 1 medium fry... That's insane. This was my first time at a Penn Station and it will be my last time as well. I sure hope they pay their employees well since the prices are astronomical. Price gouging at its finest. I guess that explains why there wasn't a single person in there when we arrived.

The sandwiches were delicious! The fries were either not freshly made or they were not cooked right. Disappointed because I love their fries.
