I placed an order at 2:20 pm and the order wasn’t delivered until 3:35. When I received this order it was completely wrong. I ordered 3 pizzas and only received 2 and they were wrong. I ordered wings and extra pepperoncini I didn’t receive either. I paid 100 for food and two hours after I placed this order I still don’t have my food. As I was typing this message the replacement finally arrived without my wings. I cannot believe I am expected to pay full price after such a gross failure of service this is absolutely ridiculous.

What pizza place closes at 8 pm on a Friday what a joke don’t even have people in the stores answering phone and taking orders

Admend- 1 1/2 hr later did receive the remade order. It was delicious and made correctly, thank you!!!Order came with a crushed box that had garlic sauce crushed spilt all over boxes, I excused that. Then open up boxes, cheese garlic bread burnt, BBQ chicken wings 16 pieces for 19.99 had no BBQ on then was just plain, sticker on box clearly show order should be BBQ chicken wings. I call pappa John's talk to manager who said either she can refund or send out another order. I asked for another order as we are all hungry. She tells me will be about 25 mins they have full screen, I tell her I understand that's fine. A hour later stillno replace order recvd. I call to be on hold over 10 mins. Never recvd anything else. Did I forget to say the orig driver I tipped over 20%. I usually do. This time in cash not on my card. Well never again. Horrible food, horrible customer service and driver looked as tho he knew the box was crushed crushing garlic sauce spilling. He was the one to tell me :"oh it looks like the garlic sauce spilled"... come on people get it together. Lost a good customer, who 99% of time tips really good!

After 2hrs of waiting, I called to find out what was happening to my order, 15 mins on hold and before I could speak the phone hung up, after 3hrs I made the choice to go in person and cancelled my order. The manager who took her sweet time to walk to register, said I never called and offered the pizza that has been sitting on the shelf for over an hour confirm by a another customer that been waiting In person.It is clear this location can't provide a delivery service or it product, and leadership takes zero responsibility.I would say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza places.

I meant to write this review sooner but I forgot until I recently saw the photo I took of my pizza. I went on Valentine's Day to get the heart shaped for my kids. They saw a commerical for the pizza and I thought I would surprise them with it on Valentine's Day. When I went to the store to pick up my pizza I realized the heart-shaped pizza was just a circle with a small triangle cut out at the top. I could have literally ordered a regular cheese pizza and paid less but I paid more for the heart-shaped because that's what I wanted. When I said something to the lady, who I think said she was the manager, she just wanted to argue with me. She was ignorant, rude, disrespectful, and has no place dealing with customers. When I explained to her that I thought the pizza would be heart-shaped she almost laughed at me like I was stupid for expecting that. She told me that the company pays people to make the heart look like that on the advertisements but that I shouldn't really expect that when I order it. I explained to her I understand it might not perfect but that this was literally a circle-shaped pizza with a triangle cut at the top. She just kept wanting to repeat herself saying I shouldn't expect the pizza, that clearly says heart-shaped Pizza, to actually look like a heart. I told her that's false advertisement and horrible customers service if that's true and she just kept arguing. After seeing many recent reviews on this location I'm surprised the company keeps this going. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

Had a horrible experience filled out survey to have someone contact us about issues because after calling the store 3 times and being on hold for over 20 minutes each time to never talk to a person was ridiculous. When I finally got someone to answer the phone days later they informed me I never had a order placed even though I had the food and a emailed receipt. It has been over a week now still no phone call or email back. The biggest waste of $38 spent.

Pizzas slid during delivery and were folded on themselves on the side of the box. The store must have it’s phones turned off. I called multiple times trying to get a hold of someone but can’t (I ordered online)

Worse customer service I have ever received. I realize it’s super bowl Sunday, but I called the store to cancel my order due to the long wait time, I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes and counting.

TERRIBLE service!!! I waited an hour and a half for my pizza. Then it shows up COLD!!! And it did not contain the garlic sauce that comes with every pizza! I tried to reach the Arnold store with no answer for 10 minutes. Called the imperial store and someone answered in 2 minutes but he could only tell me that the pizzas did in fact still come with the garlic sauce. Called the Arnold store again and was on hold for 25 minutes!!!! Picture to prove it!!!! I had to bake my pizza again after it came but just spent $25 on a pizza that I could have went to the store and gotten for $8 at most!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Placed my order at 5:28 pm, far before their closing time. The "tracker" never updated so I waited... for 2 hours. Finally I get a knock on the door at 7:30 pm. The driver is just standing there even though I specified no-contact delivery. Pizza and chicken bites are so cold that the bbq sauce had solidified on the bites and I had to reheat everything. Been ordering here for 5 years, and this was the very last time. Get better or close the doors for good!
